The watch is sleak and comfortable. It's voice clarity is great. It has all the apps I need. Very simple to use. The only downside is the battery life otherwise it would get 5 stars.

Watches for android are in a weird place. I personally prefer wearOS in theory to samsung's own OS that's run here, but google hasn't kept up with new features and apps the way they should have, and hardware is extremely hit or miss. The samsung watches, meanwhile, have great hardware and software that will do most things that you could want. The health tracking is some of the best out there, it does sleep tracking - something even apple watches don't do - and is easy to use no matter what your device is. Until and unless google gets their act together, Samsung is in many ways the best choice. My one complaint is lack of apps. There's no native support for getting directions on the watch if you're out walking or navigating the city or off the beaten path. There are apps that tie into apps on your phone, but most are paid and none work without a paired phone. It does have offline music for spotify though, something wearOS does not somehow have in 2020.

I was so excited to get this watch to upgrade from my Samsung GearFit pro. Xmas present to myself. I ordered it online, was not in stock at the store for 40mm, waited three to five days to get it, took it to an ATT store to activate it. Wore it the first day, great. Phone had an update (Note 8) then the watch battery has drained 100 percent in less than four hours while I am working in my classroom. I need my watch. I reset it, I took off the mobile connection, the bluetooth connection and just left the watch at home, came home today and it is at 20%. Tried to troubleshoot Samsung chat online, backat Best Buy store where I purchased it, Samsung rep referred me to Best Buy customer service. I go to customer service, none in stock. Then I was told that the zag shield would ha e to be bought again with the new watch even if it is defective. When I get back in town, I maybe returning this or switching to another vendor. I just added another mobile number and changed my cell phone plan for this. I am not a happy camper.

Great watch. By far my favorite purchase. Makes it so much easier at work instead of having to pull my phone out all the time. Great quality and very easy to use. Highly recommend!

I helped my grandson get this wonderful gift to give my daughter for mother's day. She wears it every day when she takes a walk and loves it. It is very stylish, light and perfect for her to keep in touch while away from home.

This is very easy to set up,and to use. The only thing that I am having an issue with is the battery life. It seems to lose life faster than my husband's and we got them together. Other than that issue it is a great watch.

My wife loves this. Got it for her birthday. While we don't use the LTE option, the style is so much nicer than the non-LTE version I had to pay the extra. The rose gold on stainless steel actually matches her rose gold ring.

I have tiny wrists so I was worried it might be too big but I am happy to say it’s not and I really like it. The only thing I wish were different is the range of the watch to the phone, wish it were farther.

I was searching for a good watch that would be worth the money and eventually settled on this smartwatch. So far, it is what I was looking for minus the ability to make calls when it is on e-SIM. It can make emergency calls but cannot send texts or call people when it is on data without your phone connected which is part of the reason I wanted a watch with LTE. Other than that, I hope that it lasts a good, long while as I expect with Samsung Galaxy products. I recieved the watch just like new with no defects that I could notice. This continues a good streak in buying quality products that are open box items from Best Buy.

I had a Fitbit and it was getting dated. We went to Best buy and my wife bought me my Samsung Active 2 watch with cell. Our sales rep was great and took her time and answered all of our questions and was very nice helping us.

So far so good. I haven't worn a watch in forever but was surprised at my steps I achieve on workdays. Like having a notification if I stray from my phone it notifies me. I also like that I can make phone calls from it.

Purchased this for my 3x year old wife to pair with Samsung phone. Works great and is easy to use. She always has her phone on silent or the kids have it. This way she knows when someone is texting/calling.

Love my watch . It's cute and the features are useful. Nice smooth face. If you work using your hands alot be careful not to scratch up your screen. Maybe invest in a screen protector. Volume works good and clear.

Love it! Looking for more girl smart watches with Samsung and this one came out. Love it. Just started having some small issue with it. I've had it over a year. I think with all the upgrades has something to do with it.

Great for tracking workouts and auto tracking activity. I love the look of it! I only wish this color came in the non-LTE version I don’t see myself activating it. Overall great watch!

I bought this watch because I wanted to have a watch where I can leave my cell home and just bring my cell and it's so cute lol.. just don't like the fact that it only include one strap and that strap is kinda short for my wrist.

Too complicated and not enough instructions as how to use the different functions. Want a printed manual to refer to.

Not very easy to find a function to looking for such as listening to music through phone verses listening to music through watch. But other than that love the features love the smooth design

Great watch is worth buying again!!! Is efficient if you have standalone( meaning the watch is on and the phone is some place else) it kills your battery quicker.

LOVE THIS WATCH! i had wanted one forever finally bit the bullet and bought one for myself absolutly love it! just wish the battery life was a little bit longer
