This is the 2nd Samsung product (tablet) that has not lasted a year without a problem. Previously everything I purchased was Samsung, going to have to find a more reliable brand.... I just took it off the charger, didn't make it 4 hours overnight. Contacting customer support.....again.

You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. I really like for step counting since i set goal of 10,000 steps a day and it also has many features i haven't tried yet. If your still for to long it alerts you to move. I'm sure as time goes by i will have more to say about it. I do like the sleep tracker but the charge doesn't stay as long-lasting as I thought so I take ut off and charge it every night now if it wasnt for that i would have given 5 stars.

Great Alternative to Medical Alert System at Home

This watch is easy to setup and given that he already had a Samsung mobile it was easy for him to set up with only minimal help from me. He loves the watch and wears it all the time (except for the hour every morning when he charges the battery). There are better watches available, but for the cost this watch is perfect and does just about everything you really need. After continuous wear for a month not a single problem.
