I very pleased with the smart watch. I bought it for the hard fall alarm. It works. Gives me peace of mind.

I had to replace my Samsung active 2 watch since the face/screen fell off. I wanted another Samsung smart watch, but within my budget. Thus far, I don't have any complaints about this refurbished watch. Everything was included in the box.

Super easy to set up and does everything I need it to. Tracks my vitals, calories in/out, and my steps :) As a chronically ill person, I've loved being able to collect data for my doctors. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because sometimes my phone call audio will bounce between my phone and the watch....this might be fixable in settings though and I just haven't found it yet. Super cool that the watch has speakers, but I wish it would only use them if I ask lol

This is a feature rich watch. I LOVE all the features and the connectivity it has with my phone. But I do not care for the battery life. I find I cannot consistently use the sleep tracking because it will lose battery in the middle of the night, or during the day when I am needing it most. I cannot get through a 24 hour period with this watch, which makes the amazing features rather unusable on a consistent basis.

It a good watch just the battery life. It have to be charged everyday. As for anything else it wonderful!!

I wish i coupd have got the rose gold one, but the black is so sleek! Goes with everything! I love the peice point of this watch, since I really only use it to tell time, read and send texts and the occasional answering of phone.

I had a Fitbit for many years and though I was happy with it I could not use some of the features I wanted without paying a premium monthly service. This Samsung does everything I want and looks really cute on my arm. Totally happy with everything.

Purchased for my 14 year old daughter because she wanted to track her steps better. It does that job and then some. She loves that she has a watch to go with her s24. Caught an open box for the dirt!

Bought for my wife and she really likes it. The battery life is a little iffy so thats the only reason its not 5 starts.

Doesn't hold much off a charge. No name watch do the same as this one and battery life is better.

The watch is great! It synced with my Samsung S24 Ultra without any issues whatsoever. It basically syncs itself! These things are really great if you work in a school where phones are not allowed for students. I'm faculty but I would feel badly if a student saw me using my phone when they cannot. So, this little gem allows me to still be connected to my phone...just stealthily. Parents like it when they can speak to their 5-yr old when he/she gets a "boo-boo". Kids too! It is just a great tool for me at work, play, and general use.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom who wanted a new smartwatch. This was perfect for her because it wasnt too complicated. She didnt need all the features of the other smart watches on the market. I feel like its a great prodcut for the price point.

It's more complacated to use and set up. The alarm clock does not vibrate hard enough to wake me up. I would not buy this one again.
