Watch is overall great quality. The only thing I am slightly upset with is the battery life is not what is advertised. My watch goes from 98% when I get to work at 9am to 54% by the time I go on lunch at 3pm. I run it on Power Saving mode now to conserve battery and that lasts much longer but its annoying because I have to push the button for it to light up to see the time. I can't just glance at it. But I have gotten used to it and its not that bad. I overall enjoy the watch.

I bought this refurbished, which I've never done with a BB product before. My main complaint is that the battery doesn't last 1 day. I'm checking to see if there is some setting that causes this battery to go from 100 to zero in about 12 hours. It obviously can't be used all day and then measure anything at night. It is disappointing.

I like the watch because of its many features, and easy to use.

Ive been using my samsung galaxy watch now for weeks and I'm honestly impressed.The design is sleek and modern. Perfect for both casual and work settings. The screen is crisp and bright. One of my favorite feature is the fitness tracking. Battery life is decent- i get around 1.5-2 days in single charge. Overall, it's a solid smart watch with plenty of smart features.

Love the watch for what it is. No its not the top of the line but its a solid watch. The band that came with it, is a little tight so that would be my biggest complaint.

The watch itself is great but the battery life isn't as good as I had hoped and the standard band is ugly.

I wish i coupd have got the rose gold one, but the black is so sleek! Goes with everything! I love the peice point of this watch, since I really only use it to tell time, read and send texts and the occasional answering of phone.

I love the watch. It does everything I need it to do. This is my 2nd samsung watch. My first watch the galaxy watch that lasted me years. This watch does the same thing my watch did for half the price. Was using the whoop band to track my fitness, but hated that always had to grab my phone to check my stats or time. This watch does the same thing my whoop did without having to pay $30 a month. Only downsides the battery life is a little over 24hrs, but if you are out without the charger you can charge using your phone.

I received the watch for a Mother's Day present. It works OK, except Samsung does not have the blood pressure on the watch unless I enter the information. The salesman sold it to me as if the watch would at least do some reading. Disappointed. I contacted Samsung customer service and they confirmed that Samsung does not have approval from the FDA to have that part turn on. The other issue is the Samsung health app. It keeps freezing and I had to reinstall it. the next day it started doing the same thing again. Do I have to reinstall the app daily? Is very inconvenience. TOday is not connecting to the Wear app, so I guess I will need to reinstall it for the third time. The battery does not last long. I have to charge it daily, just like a phone.

The sleep tracking is mostly accurate, if i remember to make it more snug it is better. Otherwise i love ❤️ it. Charge lasts a couple hours over 2 days. The people at best buy are awesome with my questions and the price is great

This is a feature rich watch. I LOVE all the features and the connectivity it has with my phone. But I do not care for the battery life. I find I cannot consistently use the sleep tracking because it will lose battery in the middle of the night, or during the day when I am needing it most. I cannot get through a 24 hour period with this watch, which makes the amazing features rather unusable on a consistent basis.

Switched from Fitbit to Galaxy. Only reason for not giving a rating of 5 is the life of the battery. Not wild about charging my watch every other day. Had I known this I would have upgraded my Fitbit where battery last for at least 4 days. Would recommend if battery life published.

My husband got this watch for Christmas and he absolutely loves this watch. He has some health issues and he likes this especially for this heart monitor. The only issue he has is that when he's talking to people through his watch on the phone, the other person can hear anytime he receives a message.

It's more complacated to use and set up. The alarm clock does not vibrate hard enough to wake me up. I would not buy this one again.

I bought this because of the beautiful size of the dial as a person with a thin arm i feel most of the watches out there apart from the pixel look bigger on my arm this felt asthetically pleaseing and it works really well for every day purposes

I really like the ability to see my notifications in detail when I can getvto my phone right away. Wish the batterybwould last a little longer but overall i do enjoybthe capabilities on this watch versus the fitbit that just died on me.
