It’s not worse than a Fitbit, but there are tons of features that just don’t work. No Samsung pay, and no t-mobile support despite being an LTE model. Also be aware that the Samsung health app will read, but NOT write to the Apple health app. None of these shortcomings are pointed out in the documentation.

When attempting to activate, dont let BB staff attempt if you have ATT. Go to an ATT store. Wasted multiple days totaling about 5 hours with BB. Went to ATT, ina and out within 20min with it working. When calling and not having my phone within BT view, i did have issues with the watch shutting down a few times. Almost acted like it was using too much power. Idk.

I really enjoy the size and weight. It works well and tracks my bio's really well. I like the easy use of it and just enjoy it. I think you will like it as well, I usually get the black version but this time I got the silver version and really like that choice.

At first I thought it looked big but I was comparing to smaller squarish watches (apple) and found I can easily run my finger over the face and use all of my apps with ease. I do have to charge the watch every few days but I do that with my phone anyway so it's no big deal. All in all I am happy with the watch and with Samsung, they make great products!
