Great Product! Reliable and doesnt break easily at all!

The battery life is very underwhelming, but is otherwise great. Even with auto sync and fancy features off, the watch battery only lasts 4-5 hours. Plus watch heats up in direct sunlight and shuts itself off. It is supposed to be a sports/health smart watch... smh

Ever since i bought i have loved it compared to the samsung active 2 it's perfect have not had one problem with it. Good battery life too and last 2 to almost 3 days..

Lightweight, good size but I miss the actual bezel. This version allows the you tube music watch app, which is a big improvement. Ok price for LTE watch with many features. That said, I later discovered that if you are willing to trade in your old watch Samsung has a special now that gets you the Galaxy watch 6 at a similar price.

The watch is an old version but still works for the purpose I got it for which is for my daughter to track exercise activity and heart beat readings. I would recommend this watch because I have no issues. Easy to use and I like the different faces. I like simple things and this one is simple enough but it works. Can't beat the price i got it for.

The lackluster battery life is beyond frustrating given my teens I watch is still going strong by dinner and I know he has a billion notifications alerting. I am a Samsung owner in appliances and mobile tech. The watch series presents well and is CAPABLE of the most wish list items in a smart and but this is my 4th from the brand and it will not make it 2 hours of service. Additionally, the I purchased to use as a standalone line for safety and after 8 months of back and forth with t-mobile, the they finally informed me the service will not function as advertised. I still awaiting resolution or refund.

It has been six months now since I purchased this watch. The first thing I noticed was the short battery life. I am in the military so I exercise every morning and use it to track. I only bring it up because my previous watches lasted longer and the battery life didn't become noticeably shorter until after a year. On the plus side, this watch does charge much faster than my previous ones, so I am never without it for more than 45 minutes to an hour. I like the new features that come with the watch and take advantage of them when I see fit.

Bought a watch for me and wife. This one is the smaller one for her. Works great. Moved to this from an older Fitbit. The number of apps/functions is growing. So far it works great. Only con is with Samsung options on security. Screen locks a lot and is a pain to unlock at times. That's needed when using Samsung Pay. At night unless in screen lock mode it will sometimes turn on when you cross arms/bump hand on it, etc. Figure it will work out more over time. LTE service is not everything they make it out to be. I thought I could send text/call and use MY number when phone isn't nearby. That's not the case. It will use a secondary number from the carrier. A bit misleading. Battery life sucks. Not going to sugar coat it. Do not trust Samsung's usage numbers. I'm mostly charging this thing daily or AT MOST every 1.5-1.75 days. I'm hoping this will improve. Now this is a SMART watch, not a plain fitness tracker. So it does a LOT more. You may have to tune/tweak notifications, volume, etc. to improve battery. But disappointed in the battery life thus far.

I was so excited for this watch, but I am was disappointed with the outcome. I have been using fossil and Michael Kors smart watches for 4 years and I have loved them! Positive: - comfortable - It has a few customizable faces (Michael Kors and fossil have nicer faces that are even more customizable.) - The color looks a lot nicer than in the pictures. - battery lasts all through my workday - I can make a call with the watch. (LTE) - Has different options for keyboard (speech - to -text and draw.) - More health features (if you don't have small wrists.) - Easily connected to my Samsung phone and Samsung buds. Negative: - I guess the watch is too big on my wrist and it can't get a reading on the ECG. - It looks like a sport watch, I prefer the traditional watch look. - I can't use all of the apps that I had before. -I was expecting longer battery life since it can track your sleep. - Not as many options for notifications as the others I've had in the past. - The watch keyboard isn't as nice as the one on the Michael Kors or Fossil. Overall like it, I was just expecting to be blown away. It seems pretty average for a smartwatch. I am not sure if I will keep it or get the Fossil gen 6 instead.

Before switching to apple I had this watch. It was a great watch. I liked the color. The band fit well. Easy to use.

Battery doesnt last long. Easy to set up. I like the health measurements.

Love my watch!! It works for everything I need it to. I am on it a lot so my batter usually last 2 days max. But I dont hardly use my phone anymore due to having this watch.

User friendly, interchangeable bands and faces, looks sleek

I have written my watch about a month now and really love it. It's true the battery life isn't super long but it charges quickly. I love all the apps and it synced quickly and flawlessly with my Samsung phone. I love the size on my wrist and the color is attractive. Looks sleek.

I bought this to enjoy the ability to take phone calls without my phone nearby. The first one would not connect and after hours of support from several techs from my cellular provider, the Geek Squad and then Samsung, it was determined it was a faulty unit. Best Buy replaced it and all is good now. Battery is very tired near the end of day. I put it on the charger for a few minutes during the day if I need it to last 18 hours. Not happy with battery life, however, the rest of the functions are fine. I bought on a good sale so compared to an Apple watch, this was extremely reasonable. Wanted to stay with Samsung as my cell phone is a Samsung and I use Samsung Pay quite a bit. Samsung Pay works well on the watch after a bit of set up and codes sent. I put a Zagg shield on this before wearing it so it is protected from everyday scratches, wear and tear.
