I received this Samsung Galaxy Watch for a Christmas present. I love it. My only issue was the band. I didn't like the band's feel, and it slipped through the piece that holds it on your arm. I replaced the band and have had no other issues

I like the look and the feel of the turning bezel. I just may not be a smart watch person; otherwise, I have no complaints about the watch. Battery lasts a day for me.

The new Samsung watch is okay. I say okay because the battery life sucks on this watch if you make it through the whole day with full functions you did good. I had an old Samsung watch from 5 years ago that still work and I can get 2 days easy of battery life. To me honest if you have an old watch but still in good condition I would say keep that and maybe the next year's version would be better. Even though I bought the new watch if I knew it wasn't as awesome as it appeared to be I would have saved my money. So unless you just want the newest watch with limited battery life and twice.

It's so much better than the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 I had before! The battery could be better (last longer), but not a deal breaker. My battery is usually at 60% after using it all day.

I only had the watch for a short period, but later returned it for 2 reasons. The size of the watch was too small and the battery life was as good as I wanted it to be.

has been great. had a fit bit before and i hated it. Salesman talked me into it and I'm glad he did. paired with a note 10. battery life is poor though in my opinion. my fitbit would last 6-7 days. this one is barely 2 days

Gave this as a gift to my father-in-law. A perfect gift and he wears it every day. Lot of features and bezel on classic watch is extremely cool. All in all, watch4 classic is amazing watch.

Heavy watch, takes time to get familiar with . But I love it. Very interactive and overall helps to keep me on track with my fitness journey. Just wished Best Buy kept more colors of the bands available in the store .

Battery life could be a little better, but I have been using it a lot since I purchased. Got this open box, so I got a pretty good price. I have enjoyed it a lot in my first 2 weeks. I would recomend.

Downside is having to recharge watch more frequently than older watches. Hoping Samsung slims down the bulkiness. Bought screen protector because watch gets banged up a lot at work.

never wore a watch ever and since i got this i wear it all the time. very useful in my line of work. easy access to messages, reminders, etc. picked up the black silicone with the silver and it goes with everything.

Tons of features and very convenient when needed. Also the health stats help. I recommend to add the device to your mobile plan as I did not. It would be easier then to move about more freely without your phone at home

Good watch! Really durable too. I dropped it face first on tile floor and it barely left a mark! My only qualm is battery isnt as good as my active2. It lasts about 2 days.

The watch band is very uncomfortable. The watch face selection is horrible. The battery life seems to be ok. I like the new features the watch offers. My previous smartwatch was Galaxy active2.

Battery life is worse than advertised and recent update screwed up the "back" button but still works on long press so for sure software issue that will likely be fixed soone.

there are many feature that I like about this watch. Love the dial around it make is easier to use. that being said I am still returning this watch for 2 reasons. It has be he charged everyday and takes about an hour or 2 to charge, also had to install 2 app in my phone just to use it. One app for all the set up and pairing the other for seeing your daily fitness information present and past. You also have to keep those apps running in the background of your phone so drains your phone too.

Great smart watch. It looks classy, doesn't feel heavy. I have a Samsung phone, and all features work well together. I like that I'm able to quickly check and reply to messages without getting out my phone. The only minor drawback is that I use Facebook messenger quite a bit and there is no shortcut, although if I receive a message, I can reply, I just can't initiate a message. After having it a month, I still haven't tapped in to all of its other great features. I'm still having fun exploring its full potential. I do take it off and charge every night, but it has lasted almost a full 24 hours for me.

I am very satisfied with this watch. It has all to traits that i need. It is a solid build, All the Displays look great and the best of all to me its the rotating bezel makes navigation a whole lot easier.

Never had the Samsung watch before, it took a little learning but now I love it. Battery doesn't last as long as I would like, but that's not bad. So happy I bought it.
