Upsides -is a watch -it can give you feed back on youre health -can pause and forward and back in music -has calculator app Downsides -way too expensive -only really gives you feed back on your health if you actively use the right apps -you can't search through your music catalogs -no internet browsing -no videos -and most things require you pull out your phone to accomplish what you need at the moment.

I am absolutely thrilled with the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic Stainless Steel Smartwatch in the 46mm size and the Black color variant! This smartwatch has truly impressed me with its outstanding features, elegant design, and seamless performance. The first thing that caught my attention was the premium build quality. The stainless steel construction not only looks and feels luxurious, but it also ensures the watch is durable and can withstand my active lifestyle. The black color gives it a timeless and sophisticated appearance that goes well with any attire, be it formal or casual. The 46mm size is perfect for those who prefer a larger watch face, and I find it to be just the right size for my wrist. It sits comfortably and doesn't feel bulky at all, making it suitable for all-day wear. The Galaxy Watch4 Classic is a powerhouse of features. The integration with my smartphone through Bluetooth is seamless, allowing me to receive notifications, messages, and calls effortlessly on my wrist. The crisp and vibrant display makes reading messages and accessing apps a pleasure. The health and fitness tracking capabilities of this smartwatch are exceptional. The advanced sensors accurately monitor my heart rate, track my steps, and provide valuable insights into my workouts. The Blood Oxygen (SpO2) monitoring feature gives me a deeper understanding of my overall health and wellness. One of the standout features is the rotating bezel, which makes navigating through the interface a breeze. It's a clever and intuitive way to interact with the watch, and I find myself using it constantly. The battery life is impressive, considering the feature-packed nature of this smartwatch. With moderate usage, I can easily get through a full day without worrying about recharging. The fast charging feature is also handy, ensuring I can quickly top up the battery when needed. The Galaxy Watch4 Classic also comes with a wide selection of watch faces, allowing me to personalize the look and feel of the watch to match my style and mood. As someone who loves music during workouts, the watch's ability to store and play music directly from my wrist is a game-changer. I can now leave my phone behind and still enjoy my favorite tunes through my Bluetooth earbuds. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic Stainless Steel Smartwatch 46mm BT in Black has exceeded my expectations. It's a perfect blend of style and functionality, catering to both tech enthusiasts and fashion-conscious individuals. If you're in the market for a premium smartwatch with a plethora of features, I highly recommend this product. It has earned its well-deserved 5-star rating, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

If you want ro know about this watch, there are plenty of written and video reviews, Im not going to tell you anything about the watch you can't find out by doing a bit of searching. My main gripe is that the supplied band is kind of blah, very average silicone band. Minor thing, but for the price, would like something that feels more premium. I got this watch because I love the tactile experience of the mechanical bezel to move amongst apps. It is silky smooth and very gratifying. I am a big fat man, so I appreciate the fitness tracking as I attempt to be less fat, but Im not out there running marathons so I can't really comment on those features. Things like the stress gauge and body composition seem pretty gimmicky, but the sleep tracking made me realize I need to get treatment for apnea so that was a good nudge for my health and maybe justifies the purchase altogether. I also wish, as the title implies, that it was a bit more visually interesting. Granted I did get the black version, but I wish it looked as good as what an analog watch at this price might look. I've worn this in the shower a number of times and it has not had any issues. I would not have any reservations wearing it while swimming.

As a tech enthusiast and fitness enthusiast, I recently had the pleasure of acquiring the Samsung Smart Watch, and after several weeks of extensive use, I am excited to share my thoughts on this sleek and feature-packed wearable. Design and Build Quality: The Samsung Smart Watch boasts an eye-catching design with a premium build quality. The slim and lightweight construction makes it comfortable to wear throughout the day, even during intense workouts. The rotating bezel is a brilliant addition, offering an intuitive and seamless way to navigate through the watch's interface, ensuring that it remains smudge-free on the display. Display: The AMOLED display is nothing short of stunning. Colors are vibrant, and the sharpness is commendable, providing excellent legibility even in direct sunlight. The customizable watch faces allow personalization to match any style or mood, and I found myself switching between faces frequently. Performance: The smartwatch's performance is smooth and responsive, thanks to its powerful internal hardware. Navigating through apps, notifications, and menus is a breeze, and I encountered minimal lag during my usage. The watch handled various tasks, from tracking workouts to receiving messages, with efficiency. Fitness and Health Tracking: For fitness enthusiasts like myself, the Samsung Smart Watch proved to be a valuable companion. Its built-in heart rate monitor, GPS, and accelerometer deliver accurate fitness data, enabling me to track my workouts, heart rate, steps, and distance with precision. The watch offers a diverse range of workout modes catering to various activities, making it a comprehensive fitness companion. Battery Life: While the battery life is generally adequate for a full day of use, I found myself needing to charge the watch nightly, especially when using it extensively for fitness tracking. Depending on individual usage patterns, some users may wish for a more extended battery life, but the watch charges relatively quickly. Software and App Ecosystem: Samsung's Tizen OS provides a user-friendly experience, and the app ecosystem has grown considerably over time, offering a diverse range of apps to enhance the smartwatch's functionality. However, it's worth noting that some apps may be limited compared to those available for other popular smartwatch platforms. Smartphone Integration: Seamless integration with my Samsung smartphone was one of the standout features of this smartwatch. The ability to receive notifications, respond to messages, and control music playback directly from my wrist proved to be immensely convenient, reducing the need to constantly reach for my phone. Conclusion: The Samsung Smart Watch is undeniably a feature-rich and stylish wearable, perfectly suited for those seeking a versatile companion to manage their daily life and fitness activities. With its elegant design, impressive display, and an array of health and fitness tracking features, it has become an integral part of my daily routine. While the battery life and app ecosystem could be improved, the overall experience has been delightful. If you're a Samsung enthusiast or someone in search of a well-rounded smartwatch, the Samsung Smart Watch is a commendable choice.

Great first smartwatch, but not worth upgrading to

TL;DR unless you don't already have a smartwatch, this probably isn't worth the money. I came from a nearly 5 year old Huawei watch 2. Honestly, it's still 80% of what the galaxy watch 4 classic is, and you can find it online for 80% less than the price of this watch. This review will be coming from the standpoint of someone who upgraded from an older watch. If this one will be your first smartwatch, you'll love it! If not, this review is for you. Battery life: 5/10 I've had this watch for about a month now, so I feel confident enough to talk about the battery life. This thing gets about 2 days of battery with the always on display turned off. That's... alright, but certainly not what you'd want for $380. My Huawei watch gets exactly the same battery life, and it's had 5 years of battery degradation. Software: 6.5/10 Wear OS 3 confuses me. From an end-user standpoint there's not much different from Wear OS 2. The software skin is different, but the actual OS doesn't do anything differently or better than Wear OS 2 did. Samsung's software skin will take a while to get used to if you're coming from another Wear OS watch. The app drawer was moved to where the notifications used to be, swiping through notifications is pretty clunky compared to Wear OS 2, and they removed the wrist gestures for scrolling through notifications. Even the small decisions just don't make any sense. You can't have the app drawer sort in alphabetical order, and there's STILL no Google Assistant support. It's not all bad though. For the most part scrolling through things is smooth and fluid, it's well integrated with Android, and makes many tasks significantly easier. The on-watch media controls are great. It automatically pops up when I have something playing on my phone, and I can change the volume by rotating the bezel, which is super handy. On that note, the software as a whole takes great advantage of the rotating bezel, and it makes navigating the OS much easier and more pleasant. Hardware: 9/10 The build quality is great. The watch itself feels premium and well designed. The default strap is pretty decent, but I quickly swapped it out for a leather strap. The rotating bezel is fantastic and really fun to fidget with. There's really not much else to say here. It's just overall a great build. Health tracking: 7/10 I didn't buy this watch for the fitness tracking, but from what I've tried with the Galaxy watch, this probably isn't your best option. I've noticed that the sleep tracking isn't all that accurate, and that seems to be the consensus online as well. The heart rate monitor, while mostly accurate, is wrong often enough that I wouldn't really rely on it. Step tracking and exercise detection works pretty well, but it also worked well on my old watch. The ECG, body composition, and blood oxygen tracking seem to work, but I don't have any other devices to test their accuracy. The stress monitor just seems random to me. I have no clue what it's measuring, but I can tell you it's certainly not my actual stress levels! If you're like me and just need the step tracking or occasional heart rate check, this is great. I would read more reviews though if you're looking for much more than that from the fitness features. Overall: 7/10 I've tried a lot of watches since 2015 or so. I tried everything from LG to Fossil, but nothing could replace my Huawei watch 2. This was the first one I actually liked more. I genuinely do think this is the best smartwatch out there right now, and if you're looking for your first smartwatch, you'll love this one. However, it's really hard for me to say that it's worth upgrading right now, especially for nearly $400. I bought this when it was on sale and only paid about $300 after tax and whatnot. I don't regret it, but knowing what I do now I definitely wouldn't have upgraded.

This is a great, durable watch. I really like a lot of the features such as recording sleep and steps. The best, my favorite and most useful feature for me is the notifications. I run equipment daily at work so it is hard to hear and rarely hands free most of the time which makes it difficult to check your phone. With feeling the vibration on my wrist, I never miss a call or a text. The size is great, comfortable and looks good. Great choice in purchase. This watch definitely fits my needs.

After a long stay with apple and their eco system I decided to get go back to Samsung for a bit and change things up. I got the Galaxy fold and of course I need to get the accompanying watch to complete the experience. I hadn't had a galaxy watch since the original Classic and let me tell you that Samsung has come a long way. Right off the bat this watch is much more intuitive than my previous apple watch and the style is much more attractive. I find the EKG and heart rate monitor to be more responsive and the watch seems to track my movement much more accurately than my series 7 Apple watch. You wouldn't believe how many times I was working out and the apple watch wouldn't even register my elevated heart rate and create a workout event. The this watch seems to be out performing apple and the battery life is easily double of what I used to get with the apple watch. The only issue I have is that swapping out bands is a royal pain, that alone make me miss my underperforming apple watch.

Firstly I am generally a Fan of Samsung watches. I have almost all of their smartwatches since the Gear 2 (the one with the Camera), the Gear S and my ultimate favorite the Galaxy Watch 2018 version. So my expectations were high for this watch. Bought the 46mm Classic a few days ago, but returned it a couple of days later and here's why. The battery life out of the box was LACKLUSTER, and the selection of watch faces was crappy. And I know the battery has to "learn" your usage habits and adjust and get better over time. Thats like blindly marrying someone and lifting the veil and going well; I could "learn" to love her!!!! I WISHED Samsung & Google would have spent a little more time refining Wear OS so that it would not be such a heavy Battery Hog. Also it would have been nice to have more watch faces out of the box like the 2018 version Galaxy Watch which by the way still kicks butt! On the plus side, the watch is aesthetically and functionally beautiful with the above shortcomings. Hopefully the next version should hit the mark.
