I've owner this for nearly a year now, transferring from my 2019 Apple Watch Series 5. I really really wanted this device to be better, if not the same level as the Apple competitor. Even though this device came out 4 years after the Apple Watch 5, I can already tell Samsung is behind in the tech accessory department. The main purpose for my watches has been exercising, heart rates, BMI calculations, cycle tracking, media control, and occasional quick messaging. With this watch, the GPS tracking and heart rate monitor are wildly inaccurate. Sometimes it claims I walk a mile on the treadmill in less than 3 minutes. Somedays, my heart rate will monitor at 130+ and the watch clocks it in between the 85-95 range. Steps don't track as well. Messaging is not fun, keyboard is too small and the mic doesn't interpret well. Cycle tracking is inaccurate - it's supposed to use body temperature but won't let you check your body temp outside of the cycle tracker. Overall the Apple interface is bigger and smoother with a clearer resolution screen. Ease of use goes to Apple. I do software design all day so nitty gritty details of a user interface really matter to me. Media controller is spotty - doesn't always show the correct songs playing. Slow response screens. It does the job but not at the level I was accustomed to sadly :( Positives though: very durable, no visible scratches or scruffs.. battery life gets me through the day, comfort of the round watch face isn't bad.

The watch is great. I use it every day it tracks my step perfectly and sleep tracker help me sleep.

Watch comes in various sizes. The one i chose was a 40mm face. Confortable fit. Durable watch band. Vibrant display. Health and fitness tracker along with mire trackers. Built in GPS. You can make calls, respond to messagesand control compatible apps. Great battery life (Depending on how you use it). Overall i was a well spent purchase!! Great for a gift or personal use.

I love the style, sleek design, the ease of using the new 5 Watch.

Really good watch with lots of exceptional features. Only issue is that it doesn't come with a charging plug. Salesman didn't mention that. Had to return to Bestbuy to purchase separately for $15.00

I am so impressed with watch! It works great with all my fitness apps and i love hiw easy it is to changes the bands.

I love this watch is very customizable. Very easy to set settings. Very reliable operation and good comfortable grip on wrist. I also like all of its security features.

I love my knew watch, it is next level in watches for me. I love that this watch allows me to change faces body and bands I can look like I have many watches. This watch is easy to work. Thanks Galaxy well done.

Got this watch for my birthday. Had an older model. I live this watch, I would only fault the battery life. I've lesrned what apps to have on my watch and which of those to send notifications to save battery life.

The smartwatch was easily installed onto my phone with the excellant help from the Best Buy staff. I have not learned all the features yet but love the product so far!

I really am liking the minimizing my phone in my hands. It feels lighter freer. I'm ok charging daily if use "always on" face feature. I tried the mesh band. It was stiff to turn my wrist. Returned before I left the block. Bought the leather for $15. Nicer than the pink. Bought the black silicone on ebay. It feels so compact like when pagers came out except more features and technology on your wrist. A mini computer. Loveit. Samsung girl!!! ■Cons Initial challenge to learn 10/27/22 day 5 (watch 5) @day 4 the notification on watch would stop without me and the phone notification would continue. @5 days on watch 5, face changed without me -rebooted- same involuntary face still applied. Perfect solution for counting my steps and my sleep time. I hold myself accountable if not going to meet steps/miles completed per day.

I never really wanted a smart watch until recently. My current job requires me not to have my phone on while working, so I decided to get a watch to partner back with my phone. My Dad has dementia so I needed to be able to receive notifications should he need me. This watch has been awesome! I'm still learning all of the features. But I love the step tracker as well as the ease of adding/deleting tiles to customize the watch to my needs. And the option of customizing the face with photos of my choice is great! I love it!

I love it. The color is perfect and seems to be working just fine. Everything that i was supposed to get was included.

I love this watch, especially being a business owner that is very busy. It has so many options and isnt hard to learn

LOL better late than never. Its nov. 23, 2024 This watch is still ticking lol so to speak..., its taken more than a few lickings. Still going strong. The only problem I had was the instructions were minimal and microscopicly impossible to read. As a result I have not discovered all the possibilities .

Bought this for my wife, a little over a month ago, to replace the previous version from 2020 and she loves it. Not sure what happened to the old one, but she complained about battery life and the screen flickering. Since the warranty was up, I figured an upgrade was due. She has nothing but praises for this new version. Battery life is better and answering from her wrist, like she is Agent 99, is awesome. Not sure what Samsung did differently, but Thank You.
