    I bought this watch as an OPEN BOX item. It was in PERFECT condition and I have not had any problems with it. I love the different watch faces and the health information it displays (Heart rate, Steps, etc.)

    I Love this samsung galaxy 6 android watch! very good android watch! Unfortunately, I couldn't keep it because my service provider doesn't have service for that watch.

    Love this watch. Im currently waiting for watch bands i hopefully wont be allergic. But the watch is acurate and lovely.

    Love this watch. I use apple and samsung because I have both phones and love the appearance of this pne so much more. It can do a lot more things than an apple watch

    I switch between Samsung and Apple every few years (phone and watch). The most recent switch has impressed me. This watch is more capable and user friendly than the Apple Watch.

    Battery will not stay charged. Only stays charged maybe 5 hours .

    Watch is much faster and more responsive than the original. The only thing is they should offer both the S/M and M/L watch bands with the watch, either separately or both in the same box.

    So let me share why I will never shop with your establishment again. I go the Colonial Dr location in Orlando, FL. Purchased a Samsung - Galaxy Watch6 Classic Stainless Steel Smartwatch 43mm LTE - Silver on Mar 30, 2024. Purchased the protection plan. The store clerk was friendly, professional, even sold me on the Membership. But then this phone was the most difficult thing I've had to deal with. Even watched several you tube videos to see how to program, etc., because the item doesn't come with instructions. Videos were not helpful. It would get stuck on one part or the other. Would ask me to double tap to update on this or that. But I tried every single finger and it wouldn't work. --- Even returned to the store last week to see if they could help me. The girl that helped me said she was able to update some things by clicking it several times the phone would say so. I go home. The same crap begins. Tried calling Samsung tech support, telephone IVR says press 1 for English but then they transfer to someone who doesn't speak it well? I could not understand them. So, I go return this today, and Terrell tells me that "they would charge me a restocking fee." Interesting how the initial sales clerk was not clear about this. He was thorough about the membership, but not this little "restocking fee." I asked to speak to the manager and a he too tells me that this "restocking fee is Samsun's policy, not Best Buy." Let me ask you this, do you really believe that I would have purchased the item if this was told to me at the store? By the way, the restocking fee was almost $50. When I told him that I would just like to return it, but "would not do business with them again", he replied "OK." Just like that, "OK." No appreciation for the customer whatsoever. No apology for the initial sales employee not being VERY thorough about restocking fees. So, do you want to know what I did? I returned the watch, grabbed my receipt, and left the store. With my happy a** I went to my home office, picked up the printer I purchased last week and returned it with a huge grin on my face. It really comes down to this, if your staff doesn't know how to appreciate a customer, it's OK. I will simply take my business elsewhere. Oh and BTW, I cut your credit card in two. Won't be needing it anymore. This is a personal mantra of mine, feel free to use it: The customer may not always be right, but the customer WILL ALWAYS BE the customer. Bye Karens.

    The watch itself is amazing....but the service from best buy, was awful. I wanted the outa the box clearance watch (I'm not sure what it's actually call, sorry). They didn't have it in the case. So I had to decide to get a brand new watch...but then they didn't have the one I wanted in the store. When I ordered it I was told I would get it one day, and got it a day or so later.

    I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 6 clasic 43mm watch. When it came box said Samsung galaxy 6 clasic model SM-R955U. When i started setting it up and conected it to my phone, my phone said galaxy 4 classic. I thought it was probably a software update issue. After setting it up and doing all the updates i checked the back of the watch and it says SMR890 46 mm. Either samsung or best buy ripped me off! I called customer service 0hone number and she said there was nothing she could do. Poor customer service.
