I had fallen recently in my home and could not walk to a phone to get help. The watch has the capability to call in emergency situation. It also counts the steps as I walk throughout the day.

And the available watch faces are way better than what's available compared to an Apple Watch. Only issue I had was it took too many presses/swipes to get to doing smart watch "stuff" (texting, apps, etc.). Battery life is just ok.

As others have reported, it does not work and after hours and hour and hours on the phone and going into the BB store, while we finally got the 2 years free offer to pop up on the watch….. finally…. It didn’t work. No one at either BB or google knows anything about this advertised 2 years free. Literally nothing. Talk about an exercise in frustration. Do better Best Buy - false advertising and then total failure on tech support (for a longtime total tech member) is not the Best Buy I used to know and frequent.

Everything on paper looks INCREDIBLE but the normal functionality of the watch, it doesn't seem well thought through. As when you swipe on a small screen, the recessed glass makes your finger.Hit the edges along with the weird customization of the buttons/or lack of customization. It looks beautiful, but was not functional. Whatsoever, or really easy to use. I also had to try and pair it and updated over and over and over. So :/ get an Apple Watch or Fitbit
