I got to say I love the phone it is definitely different I am coming over from the Galaxy fold so it is a little bit on the different side I do got to admit the flip to open to answer is cool and to close the phone to hang up is also pretty radical. The price does reflect a bit on the steep side but I promise you every time that you look at your phone day after day the price will not matter you will be happy with the purchase. Plus if you're a person who loves attention anyone who sees you flip your phone is going to definitely flip their lid.

Nice phone..but... it is REALLY slippery! AND... when you hold it in your hand..to open it....you tend to press on the volume buttons by accident. AND...when in your pocket, it is so small... you tend to keep checking your pocket to make sure you still have it. Might be great for some, but did not work for me... I took it back and purchased a new Galaxy 20 Ultra Note 5G....perfect size...speed.... etc. A very nice phone!

I bought this for my Mom and she loves it! I think it is a bit gimmicky and pricey but it is a pretty solid piece of tech as well.

I buy technology. I play with allot of different devices. When it comes to it, I'll take a new apple watch 6 in stand alone tied to the wife's phone and a seperate tablet or laptop anyday over a phone. I just don't see the phone as a necessary gadget with so many choices. This flip 5g made me pause. Wow, folds to almost my wallet, unfolds to 6.7 vivid infinity display and then, disappears in my pocket. Really enjoyed watching movies at night, the phone is so light, I didn't even notice I was holding it. I don't visually see the crease when the phone is on, it just seems to dissappear but you can definitely feel it. Maybe my prespective has been wrong. I miss the apple watch 6 but again, maybe I just didn't need that instead.

LOVE this phone ... EVERYTHING about it .. would have been 5 stars but after a few months pixel burnout happened and I had to replace it .. fortunately had purchased protection plan.

I like the feel of this phone. They didn’t take time in the store to show me any fo the functions (covid) so I don’t know how to use it yet. My son had to set it to answer when I open the phone. When I set down to view a tutorial online, maybe it will rate 5 stars. Below you ask if I would recommend it to a friend, well I’d need to know how it works before I can do that. So for now , not yet.

This is way better than the other galaxy phones. I also compared this with a fold 2 and found I liked the zflip 2 better. Overall quality and polish on the zflip 2 feels better than the fold. If you're on the fence, you can't go wrong with this one. My only complaint would be the screen protector included is cheap and requires replacement after a few months. This isn't much of an issue though as replacement aftermarket screen protectors are cheap. Reception on this phone is actually better than others for 5G, as I continuously get a better signal than the s20 I had before. The durability is also excellent for a foldable, but definitely treat it nicely as you can get scratches more easily.

It is slim, compact and I was excited to get it. I went from an old flip to a new flip. So far so good. Once I've had it a while I'll be able to give a detailed pro and cons. I'm hoping it lives of to expectation for what it cost me. Found it on sale for $949 this week at Best Buy.

I knew I wanted to get one of the folding smart phones well before they came out. I missed the first wave because I wanted a phone with 5G. I waited to purchase until the new RAZR came out. I did research and was torn between the Z Flip and RAZR 5G. After watching multiple reviews, it was very clear that the Z Flip was the better phone of the 2. I love everything about this phone; vibrant screen, fast snapdragon 865+ processor, the phones might not be top of the line but they are definitely good enough for my uses, when folded the phone is incredibly compact. Phone does not support DEX as of now, but Samsung might push it through an update like they did with the first Samsung Fold. This phone was everything I was hoping for a folding flip phone, it is nice to have a clamshell phone again.

Honestly, this phone feels nostalgic and brand new at the same time. I work in an industrial environment and not having to worry about the screen breaking in my pocket is a huge plus. The gesture controls can be a little wonky but overall I'm in love with the flip.

Poor design on the bendable area of the phone. The Phone did not last long even not in a rigid environment.

Love the folding ability of the phone. The fact that i have a normal phone when i want it, but then can fold it and leave it in my front shirt pocket works wonders. Its a head turner when i flip it open and people stare for a little bit. Love it so far, like a s10e but flippable. wish i had a telephoto lens but overall all i use in the phone works well.

Great phone! Excellent display for a foldable! Long battery life. Samsung never disappoints! Would recommend

Slick design and amazing screen resolution. Awesome camera as well. Love how compact it is when folded. Fits well in my wifes little clutch purse, she loves it.

Don't get me wrong, this is a really cool phone, but the experience with this phone isnt the best. the fact that the phone has no dust or water protection makes it a little harder to care for, but isnt a big problem. The main problem with the cell phone is the strength of the devices screen in general. A grain of sand, something getting caught when you fold the phone closed, or a finger nail will damage or place a noticeable dent in the screen. The screen is also harder to clean, because if you have something stuck on the screen, you cant put pressure and glide your finger nail on the screen to get it off. I personally wouldn't suggest getting this phone for people who are constantly on the go and traveling, but if you are someone who babies their phone allot, this would be the phone for you.

Used this phone for a year before the new Z flip 3 came out- except for the protective screen cover near the folded part starting to bubble it was great

I bought this phone for my wife and she loves it. It's very compact but big enough when opened. I bought one for myself and now don't have to use a phone pouch to carry it around. I can keep it in my front pocket with no problems with bulging and weight. We had no problems with the folding screen but have to be very careful because it is not water resistant. Great phone!

This is my 3rd zflip. All versions have cracked at the fold in a few months. Front touch screen went black after last mandatory update on 2/5 & has yet to be resolved. Great phone concept wish it was more durable. Everything else is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING INSURANCE COVERAGE!
