You don't really see the crease where the screen folds when the display is on. You can feel it when you touch that area of the screen, but it's a non-issue.

Wearing scrubs all day I have limited pockets. This makes it so much easier to carry. Just be careful not to scratch the screen as it does have a plastic covering and not glass. Side note...I am having issues with the charging port. Taking it in after a month of usage to see why it's loose. Other than that...the phone does what my Note 9 does just not as good photos but still the convenience of folding can't be beat!
