Highly recommend this product even though it got weird and I needed a replacement. The local managers and product support specialists are very talented and experienced. When transferring data from the old phone they were able to work around an unusual problem that none of them had dealt with before. It was actually fun watching them work.

I love the new Z Flip 3. Makes talking hands free so easy and convenient because of how it can stand on its own. The camera takes really great photos and videos. And the size is perfect. It's small and compact and slides into your pocket so easily

Samsung makes great products but missed the mark on this one. First of all the battery lasts barely a full day, needing a charge by late afternoon. The phone at times gets really hot. I had it in my console of my car while using Android auto, listening to music and using navigation, when I lifted the phone it was really hot. The phone also gets hot if you watch a video for several minutes. Many times while charging I also noticed the phone getting hot. I thought it was just my particular phone but when I googled it I found others on the internet having the same issues. The only novelty of this phone is that it folds. The screen is excellent, it's fast but the camera is mid grade. I expect these issues on a $200.00 phone, not one that costs $1,000. So, if fitting a phone in your pocket is your thing, buy it. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Currently have the 4 and i will say i think this model is superior. Curently have a bruise on the display, and i dropped this one multiple times and nothing of the sort ever happened. Its durability will surprise you and all the other specs will exceed your expectations for sure! Great phone!

nice and compact. what u lose with the battery u get back in style,design and functionality. i dont miss carrying a brick in my pocket.

Very happy with my Samsung Galaxy flip. I have heard many comments that the screen is going to be damaged very quickly, but I have had my phone for two years and the screen is totally Untouchable.

Only good for 6 months. Kind of average product just looks cool

Excellent foldable and practical phone. It is very easy to navigate between apps and simple to fold it and carry it any where. I love this phone. Thank you samsung.

Phone is amazing. I love the flip feature and the feel of the phone. Only issue is the battery life and the rate at which it charges. 15w fast charge compared with other samsung 25w fast charge. Hopefully theyll improve it on the next one.

Loved this phone so much! I was so excited that I could shut it to hang it up. Brought back so much nostalgia for me.

The phone itself is beautiful. However, quite a few issues: 1. battery drain fast. Not sure if it's because of Samsung's system, the phone drains battery really fast for a 3300mh battery. 2. camera performance is bad. Unnatural beauty face effect, noisy photo. Can't believe this is the camera Samsung come out in one of their flag ship phones after all these years upgrades. 3. lots of software glitches. Sometimes youtube picture-in-picture mini player doesn't work and sometimes it does. The do-not-disturb mode doesn't work when I set it up initially. I have to assume the operation system tweaks for this flip phone is buggy

Love it! After getting great price at Best Buy, easy tranfer of data from previous phone, great bright vivid colors, some say battery life mine seems to be fine for normal everyday use lasts long, fits in pocket, comfortable to hold, split screen great and love when half fold sits for ease of reading, fast responsive, when open large screen, features very good, the fold line you don't even notice once you use it no interference with viewing pictures, reading, facebook or other apps, even completing bookings for hotels or flights.

I would recommend you buy the phone in person. I bought this phone and the delivery company never actually notified me that they were at my house (even though I was there and saw no one). They needed me to sign for the package but didn't notify me of the time of arrival nor give any signs they were there as well. This forced me to put in a request for another used phone (which never came) because they sent MY phone back to the sender. Hence, I prefer to go inside the actual building or be on STAND BY when they come unless you want your phone sent back to the sender and have to jump through hoops to 1. cancel your phone order 2. taking a lil while to get your refund

Love the phone easy use. small to put in your pocket, but lose it in your purse LOL. very clear pictures and sound. clear voice also. Long battery life.
