    Loving it!

Loving this phone so far! I've been a long-time Samsung user, (Notes, S-series) so the setup and functionality of this phone goes right along with those. Coming from the Note 20 Ultra, I'm loving how more portable & user-friendly (able to use with one hand, etc.) this phone is! The Note 20 Ultra was great in terms of Specs and reliability (at least for me), but it just really was toooo big and heavy for me to ENJOY using. I never thought I'd feel that way, as I use to believe "the bigger, the better" for a phone. The number one reason I got this phone is portability. Being able to fit it in my pockets AND my mini purses / wristlets was such an amazing thing that I haven't had in a phone in YEARS; And it hasn't disappointed me yet on that aspect- it fits in ALL my purses and all the pockets I've tested so far lol. The crease honestly doesn't phase me, I'm sure that won't be the same for everyone, but your eyes do seem to ignore it once you get adjusted to it being there. Even when I DO notice it, it doesn't *bother* me if that makes sense. As for the battery, well it's definitely a step back from other 'newer' phones such as my previous phone listed above...I could charge that thing, and it would last until the next day sometimes. That's definitely not the case here. However I use to deal with smaller batteries in older phones all the time, and once you just adapt "back" to using smaller batteries and plugging in your phone when you can, it's not as much of an issue. At least for myself- I knew I was making that trade off before I got mine so it hasn't 'shocked' me. However, if a long-lasting battery is a deal breaker, this isn't the phone for you. I did do the reservation & trade in program for this phone, so I only paid ~$304 for the phone AND 4 different accessories, but in my opinion, I'd have been happy to pay more as it seems as valuable as any other "top" phone on the market (I know its not necessarily at the top for specs on *some* features- but I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything besides a longer-lasting battery. The screen is vivid, scrolling is smooth, camera is good, etc). While it's too soon to know long-term reliability and all, I'm very happy with my purchase so far, have no regrets, and haven't missed my Note 20 at all! (at least yet, haha) I hope this can help someone make their decision, thanks for reading!

Had it about a year. The screen went bad and had to take it somewhere to fix. Was covered under warranty. Battery is ok. Camera is only ok as well. My wife has an iphone and i have her take all the pictures and videos of our kids as well as everything else because the iphone is far superior. I like that the phone folds because it's easier to carry and put in a pocket, but outside of that it's nothing special

Nice phone, compact size, seems pretty solid. Went back to Galaxy from iPhone because of service issues. Does use a lot of battery but with a fast charger or using it in the car it's not really an issue. I wish it had a better camera. It took a little while to get used to all the buttons on the same side.

I came from an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Using the phone is pretty straightforward, at first I missed iMessage but started to use AirMessage and it helped bridge that gap. I absolutely love the size of this phone when folded, it makes it so compact and easy to carry in your pocket. My biggest complaint would be the Battery life, I'd consider myself a medium-heavy user and find I have to usually plug it in to charge by mid to late afternoon; turning on the battery saver helps but it still drains pretty fast.

This is a FUN high quality phone. The build quality is fantastic. No worries whatsoever about the screen fold. Speaking of which, you don’t even really notice it. The fact that it’s a full size phone that can be folded to fit in a shirt pocket is incredible. Don’t believe the negative reviews about the battery life. Sure, if you’re a gamer this may not be for you, but under normal conditions it should be more than enough battery. I highly recommend this phone.

The phone works well, screen is easy to see and overall is very responsive. I love the panel on the outside when the phone is closed. It's very handy for time and quick check of messages... It is a little difficult to engage the buttons on the right side because the phone is slick and the buttons are very small. I am concerned about the durability of the flip mechanism only time will tell.

I really liked this design so much so that I considered leaving Apple iOS to use this device. It feels solid and the screen looks great. The battery life is lacking requiring a recharge sometime during the day and the camera is lacking compared to the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Purchased online for a great deal. Phone is ok. Its nice to fold for pocket. But gets old after a while with opening and closing. Crease on screen is already messing up. Wouldn't purchase again. Barely lasted a year without screen issues.

By far the absolute worst Samsung phone I've ever owned. My husbands stopped working after only 5.5 months and mine after 13 months. The videos of the crease in the phone are real (I thought they were fake) the black and yellow screen is real and to make it WORSE yet no repair facility would fix it and we got a run around on the manufacture warranty. RUN!

i purchased the galaxy Z flip3 from best buy, it was an easy process, came ready for my carrier verizon, arrived quickly within a couple days, easy to activate and no problems. I love the smaller size that fits in a pocket better, the weight is same or slightly more than my previous S9+. I had some concerns about the hinge and screen about the longevity but so far no issues. I found the phone was cheaper to receive from best buy verses verizon- will recommend doing so in the future

Exactly what I have been waiting for. All the features you need that fits snugly in your pocket. And with this generation the bugs are worked out except for a slightly substandard battery and a tendency to get a little warm.

Don't get me wrong, I love my flip phone. I get a ton of comments and it fits in my pockets. But. The screen. The fold in the middle never bothered me. I kept a Samsung case on it with the factory installed screen protector. I know my phone was treated a little rough but never had an issue with the screen. Till month 11. The screen protector is raising off the screen on the left. You can see the area growing daily. The right side screen protector cracked. You push down on that area and you hear it act like a snapple bottle with pops. I looked all over the forums. So many people have this issue whether 1 month or 11. No issues if you remove the protector but differing accounts if your phone is safe/warranty after. So many horror stories with Samsung customer service saying a ton of money to REPLACE SCREEN FOR ACREEN PROTECTOR ISSUE. I want to keep my flip phone...but if this is the standard thing that happens... I dunno.

Good enough as a 2021 high-end smartphone with the flip form factor. Battery life is a little shorter than average and the phone tends to get hot at some times but it's not a deal breaker for me. It is so easier to carry around now and is asthetically pleasing.

great phone! love android and Samsung! Never an issues! great screen, you get use to the "bump" where folds really easy and doesn't bother. the small screen is great to operate music, notifications, etc. Only thing i don't love is the camera, compared with my old S10 is not that good but is OK.
