The wait for this phone was worth it. The Samsung person that helped me set it up was terrific. Had to go back the next day as some of my data did not copy over. He was able to resolve the issue in a short period of time.

Great phone and it is small enough to keep in your pocket.

Screen is cracking at the fold seem 7 months later and Samsung warranty won't stand behind the phone to repair it although it is still less than a year. Have always been a good company but not now. Google Pixel here I come!

Really wanted to like this phone. Screen is great.. you dont really notice the fold at all. The bad part is the VERY short battery life. Doesn't last half a day of not even heavy use. iPhone 13 Max Pro lasted 2 days of my use for comparison (just couldn't deal with the iPhone). Returning and going to S21 Ultra

It was a cool phone. Unfortunately, I am a power user who needs his phone for work. I usually didnt get a single day's use out of it. I hate that the next step up would be the fold, which is out of my budget.

Good phone battery life is a little low but overall a good phine

It seems it is a quality samsung product, we'll see about long but it really ticked me off that I bought a 1000$ phone and you wouldnt pony up a wall plug? Shamefully cheap of samsung to only give you a cord with the new phones, seriously.

Very sturdy when opening and closing. Feels premium but the body is slippery due to the materials used. I highly recommend a case for it. Its been over a montb with no issues. Outer display is great to have.

Have had this phone for about 2 weeks. Love it! Fits i my pocket and battery lasts as long as my old note 9! Found a cute case on line and am totally happy with my purchase and got the Best Buy!

This phone is awesome. So glad to have a flip phone again. The screen looks great. Got an Otter Box case for it which works much better than I thought it would.

Love this phone, easy to hold, love the front window feature. You don't have to open it to see your notifications, or listen to music. Overall a very good phone.

Not what I expected in Samsung at all. 6 months and the screen already was coming apart at the seam... needs more development

Bought 2 - 1 for me, another for daughter, as Black Friday. Phone showed defects from day 2: at random on every 12-24hr basis, apps suddenly would NOT open, unless it rebooted (concerned this could happen if my daughter is in an emergency or danger & phone app didn't open! One of key reasons was in case of emergency too). Also on mine, every 2-3 days, suddenly keypad won't work, thus no Google maps entry; no url entry. Took it back to BestBuy... rep said I needed to turn in phone & wait a week for replacement, while I'm out of a phone, no loaner... call Verizon tech support & cust service, who tried to help - did general reset then complete reset. Didnt fix the issues either. So now we are told we need to go thru Samsung warranty where I need to find a box to ship phones safely as to prevent damage during transit vs. Receiving a box that fits properly, then wait about 3 weeks to hear back from Samsung engineers who do the repair. I should have gone with iPhone 13 pro, purchased at Verizon store... if i had bought from VZ, they would've given me a 1 for 1 swap, with a new phone, on the spot w/o turning one in & waiting sever weeks... If there's a way to add a video or two here to illustrate the problems, I would.

Very great and fun phone. I switched from apple and I love this phone. Apple users looking to switch to this phone will love it.

The phone does everything I need and it doesn’t fall out of my pockets. It is solid and strong. I am glad I bought this one.
