Nice experience of purchasing phone at Best Buy

My wife really loves purple color as well as Samsung's advanced technology. 128GB storage is more than enough for my wife's usage, so we chose this. The 18$ monthly payment is not too bad. Especially I am satisfied with the Best Buy's worker's kindness and appreciate his help as to how to install it into Verizon. Every process was simple and easy. Thank you!

WITHIN MONTHS OF BUYING THE PHONE, IT WILL SHOW AN INDENTATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN, AND THEN IT WILL EVENTUALLY SHOW A BLANK SCREEN AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. SAMSUNG WILL CHARGE YOU TO REPAIR IT, THEY WILL SEND YOU BACK THE PHONE AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY WITHIN 2 MONTHS, THE SCREEN WILL GO BLANK AGAIN AND THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU A REPAIR FEE OF ABOUT 400 DOLLARS. IT'S A GIMMICK, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. TRUST THIS REVIEW!

Abysmal Durability

The problem is it has next to no durability. It fell off my night stand while closed and in a protective case, and that was enough to break the screen. It wouldn't open fully, and the top half of the screen no longer received input. It costs $300 to repair. For that price you can get a whole other phone to act as a replacement.
