I really love how it fits in my pocket. I have always wanted a smaller phone to fit in my pocket but also a bigger screen for gaming and youtube. This phone perfectly fits my needs. You will have to be really careful with the hinge though. I would expect samsung will come up with better hinge mechanism in the next version. Also, the battery isn't that great but it's ok for me.

I bought the flip.3 and i loved it but hated how fast the phone would die so i bought the bespoke flip on pre order and i dropped it once from my lap to the carpet floor and it literally broke so I came into.best buy an bought another brand new flip 4 cuz i just love how i can use it with one hand its perfectly compsct i love it

I no longer have it but I really loved this phone. Pros: it's foldable, so easy to carry around, cute and simple, and I love how many details the cover screen has and all things you can do with it. Cons: as it starts getting warm, the phone starts heating up easier compared to other phones I've had, noticeable crease as time passes, fragile (definitely recommend getting a protection plan/insurance), battery drains fast, and camera doesn't have the best quality but it's still fine, pretty regular.

Don't buy this phone, it will bubble up in the crease area and spread. Samsung does not back this product. They will make you pay for the repair, even if you're under warranty. Mine was sent back, fixed, and dealing with the same problems again. Yes, it's nice and fancy but definitely not worth the money. Just what you think may happen, will happen. #TrashPhone

I have had no issues for about 8 months but now the battery life is miserable other then that its a big upgrade from previous model. Also the factory screen protector atarts to fail a few months after purchase

I loved the phone but I hardly user it and the glass wore out in less than a year with minimal use. I would recommend it normally but get the insurance because it's a beautiful phone and works well but if you use it allot or are unlucky like me and it breaks you want it to be replaced without issue or spending another $1000+ the display Is good has the normal crease in the middle but the glass wearing out is part of the display and if that happens the phone is unusable.

Overall I really like the phone, but the screen is not durable enough for the cost. I had to replace it once a few months ago because it started peeling and now it has started peeling again. I don't even use my phone super frequently, I was opening it maybe 3-5 times a day. Can't imagine how it would stand up to people who use their phone more than that. It is more difficult to find a service that can deal with this phone's screen too. When I spend so much on a device I expect it to last strong for a few years at minimum without requring major repairs twice a year.

This device had so much potential in my mind, in theory, so when I decided to trial it...I was quickly disappointed. Too bulky, for one. And not comfortable to the hand for one-handed use, and not always as convenient in the flipping open and closed as I thought it would be. And I'm also not a big fan of how non-Google Androids have competing software/apps that you can't uninstall and go with all Google-based ones, if desired. But to be fair to this particular model, the 4th iteration of such, it solved the screen protector issue by having one preinstalled/'baked' on, so you don't have to try to use an aftermarket one and have all the bubbles and wrinkles/issues with that. It did have great display quality but just OK battery life, in my limited experience. And like all Samsung phones I've ever had, there are many times where part of the phone gets super hot when it's processing a call or data. I never knew why that wasn't improved upon over the many years now. Same holds true with this one, I noticed.

The flip feature is so nice. Being able to fold the phone, protect the screen, and use still use the front display to control alarms and phone calls is fantastic. Charges fast and holds a charge pretty well. Does not have capability to add memory. Great color options

This phone is AWESOME!!! when I tell my friends I got a flip phone they think I got an old school actual flip phone. It also has a small screen on front that is functional. It is definitely a well made cool looking phone! I recommend buying it

Amazed that the fold does not impede the screen at all. Love this compact, practical product that fits in smaller handbags. Friends say my Samsung takes better photos than their phones.

Its great phone with lot of cool features and the crease isn't really a issues. You don't have to close the phone you have options to fold or keep it opened. It give you different ways to used camera and other features

I fell in love with this phone I like it better than the iPhone it's easier to use. And I love it because it fits anywhere and because it's purple.

My main reason for buying was because I kept "butt dialing" 911 during work. This phone obviously solved that issue, but also grown to like how compact it is in my pocket. Only issue is if unlucky enough to drop on hinge, this will break. But getting a cover with hinge protection works.

I love this phone! It has more space than i could ever need and so easy to use. The compact design makes it easy to carry.

Overall a good phone. The pink color is absolutely beautiful and I love the matte glass. But as someone who uses their phone ALL day, I have to say the battery life isn’t the best. But it folds in half so can we really complain?

Ideal phone for my use. It is compact and with its closing and fold over. I don't need a case. It easily fits in my pocket
