While without a doubt it's a fast 'top-notch' high-tech in Samsung style, dah dah dah (let's see to the reliability on the long run) they put not much craft into the design. In fact, for the 1st the phone is too slippery, that way turns it into barely useable in the real world, where it tends to slip out from your very hand to the merciless concrete, (you name it). 2nd it looks dull if not offensively ugly (for a buck paid), my previous RAZR 2020 was but a chef d'oeuvre comparing to this (say frankly a piece of a dull plastic). 3rd encasement trim is compromising, for they made some supports by raising corners in the lower part of the phone, it feels entirely like just a defect, not like a part of a something useable. I am feeling disappointed with how Samsung made it this time completely. At least Galaxy 9+ it has that famous roundish screen corners. This one has only its price.

My kids love this phone it is so easy to put away in their pocket! Glad I went with this purchase. The only thing is the screen protector you have to watch out for after a while it starts peeling.

Love Flip Phone vs carrying regular sized smart phones. This phone does great. Battery seems fine unless your a person whose glued to phone, then battery might not last as long. -2 star for all the apps on it & not sure which ones really "have" to be used. Not person whose glued to phone, just calls & texts is mostly used. Had to upgrade from 3g plan (that worked great) yet carriers and world wants faster, better, & more expensive technology. Just my opinion.

I like absolutely everything about this phone. Everytime i got a phone on the past it was just a phone, when i got this one i cant stop feeling so giddy about it wanting to show everyone and use it for everything. Love love love the feel of the phone and its features are alot better than other phones ive had. 5 out of 5, this piece of technology is amazing! Always finding new features and tools.

I like this phone flips right in my pocket and don't have to worry about carrying a big phone around. the two screens act as a stand and the fact there is a screen on the outside of the phone that makes it easier to see whats going on and if you flip the phone open it answers the call for you.

I am little disappointed with the person who helped me. I myself did not know too much about the Samsung ZFlip4. Other than some reviews I read. But the person that was helping me I asked him if there was slot too add extra memory like SD or Micro SD and replied back yes. Finding doing my own research that you can add larger memory. But it has to be done by them and I already have invested enough money. But overall, I am really happy with ZFlip 4 lots of features and great camera and very easy to use. I would recommend but word advice do your own research before purchasing anything. Thanks

She likes the phone overall but she hates the battery dies so quickly l. She's a teenager so she'll constantly on her phone.

Honestly for the price you can't beat this phone. The performance is stellar the battery life is better than the newer version and the reception is top tier with the newer antenna.

Thought it was a gimmick but this phone is awesome! You don't know how much a phone takes up in your pocket or bag until you have a flip and only need half. The only downside is the crease but you get used to it and don't even notice it after a while.

I absolutely love this phone! It is everything as advertised and more! It is sleek, easy to use, and such a good fit in your hand. The cover screen allows for a lot of customization and ease without ever having to even open the phone.

Have wanted this phone since it came out. It is a very cool phone but it does collect dust easily. I actually transfered from apple to this phone and the move over wasnt that easy. It didnt really show you how to configure it so i had to do a lot of customizations on my own to make it easier. But even then, i still love my phone and would recommend it if you have a bit of patience. Also the battery life isnt that great so i recommend getting a portable charger

Initially I thought I'd just try the phone. It's surprised me in many ways. All of the folded screen features work perfectly. There's something about closing and opening this phone that is so satisfying. Also feels more secure in the pocket

I fell in love with my phone on the first day. I learn something new about it everyday. I'm looking forward to all that I will learn about my very attractive and easy to learn galaxy z 4flip phone. Very satisfied I give it a 10!!!

Love how compact this phone is and fits nicely in the jeans pocket. The display crease doesn't bother me and the battery lasts more than a day for me. Overall very happy with this phone.

I have had this for a couple of days. I was hesitant but i am more and more happy with the phone. The thickness of it closed is no problem at all, The screen size is great, The battery is good. As of right now no complaints.
