There should be a warning to purchasing this device that a screen repair is going to cost 40% or more of the phones purchase price and thats IF the parts can even come in. We had this phone phone for less than a month when the screen cracked and completely failed from a light drop. do your research online before you make the same mistake I did. This device is wildly fragile and If you do purchase it your going to want to have repair insurance for it... and when you do the math on the repair insurance your going to pay out 50% of the phones value over the life insurance plan anyways. There is a common flaw to this design where peoples screens get bubbles and the phone screen gets every day dust under it. I have loved all the other samsung products I have owned up to this point and sadly this device is Sunk Cost Fallacy waiting to happen. nothing was improved over the Flip 3 which also had a class action lawsuit on it.

It fits in small pockets, there are incredible custom case designs on etsy, and the themes are cute. However, the screen started de-laminating 7 months after purchase. It's under warranty, so I'm getting it fixed, but it's extremely annoying that the screen separated in under a year with normal use.

Actually I find it inconvenient, because it lacks funtions like to turn it off and restart it. One needs to press 2 buttons, and it does not seem to work smoothly, camaras are not great and it lacks slot for micoSD card. You have to rely on the internal phone SSD drive for storage. Well, it is easy to put it in your pocket or purse.

We completely understand that new devices can come with a bit of a learning curve and take some time to adjust and get the settings best aligned to your needs. If you are not wanting to use the buttons to turn off or restart your device, when you have the phone open to the larger display if you swipe down twice from the top the power button should appear at the top and have the menu appear without the usage of the side buttons. If you are finding the internal storage to be insufficient for your needs, while it is true it does not have the ability to use the micro SD card, you can always explore cloud based digital options to expand the storage capacity of your device. The Flip 3 would almost become to hot to touch sometimes for no obvious reason. Not the same with the Flip 4, they fixed whatever was causing that hot battery. Still very difficult to see screen in bright sunlight.
