Excellent device for compactness and style, incredible performance. Must buy!

Initially I thought I'd just try the phone. It's surprised me in many ways. All of the folded screen features work perfectly. There's something about closing and opening this phone that is so satisfying. Also feels more secure in the pocket

The battery isnt the best and the cameras are bad by modern flagship standards, but i would totally take those trade offs. This device is so fun and pocketable.

I have purchased this phone and used it for couple of months. Like the over all look of the phone and the usability. Camera can be better and the storage. There is no expandable storage, so buyers beware if you need more storage.

My phone would not open after 3 months. Samsung won't honor the warranty (they only said they won't cover that Best Buy phone). Best Buy will not even give me a credit for the over $600 I spent. The Geek Squad could not be less interested in helping me. AWFUL!!

I was somewhat hesitant about this phone after reading so many reviews. Had to upgrade from a 3g phone to 4/5g phone and love the flip phones to store away vs putting in pants pockets, carrying smartphones around, etc. I'm happy with this phone. Yes, there is a crease in it but my sole purpose for phone is calls and texting not being locked in on internet stuff with face in my phone all the time. With this said, if you're a person using your phone for all the app's and stuck to the phone, you may not like the crease. So far the part that makes it flip has been sturdy as well as my buying a cover that secures this part as well as a slide part for front cover of phone to cover camera lenses. I can slide it back up when I need to. Best Buy helped with porting things over which helped a lot!

We got the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 after a friend showed his Flip3 to us. We love this phone. The fold makes it fit in your pocket so much better. It is a really great phone.

This phone is incredible. I love that this phone flips l. Its very fast and have had no problems! Worth every penny. It works great with Google Fi!
