My last several phones have been Galaxy Notes. The smaller size of this appealed to me afternoon using such large phones. There are three issues i have with this device. First, the size is not as convenient as I hoped. Although it does fit all the way into both front and back pant pockets, the thickness makes it feel pretty awkward and also make ot a bit difficult to get in and out of tighter fitting pants. When opened the size is perfect for one hand use. Not too big not too small. Second, battery life is not nearly as good as the note or larger S series phones. It does make it through most days without having to charge mid day, but on heavy use days I usually have to charge by 3pm. Third, when opened you can see the the bend in the middle of the screen. Its distracting at first but honestly after a couple of weeks you barely notice. The good: great camera, cool design, wireless charging, compact size, good speaker. The jury is still out on whether i prefer this over a normal smart phone. But so far i dont hate it.

I love this phone. It's compact and easily fits in a pocket. I've only experienced 1 downside and that is due to the screen breaking internally where it folds. I've had to get the screen repaired twice over a course of 8 months. As soon as you see any issues along the fold, take it in for repair. If you don't the material inside spreads and turns the screen black. Also make sure your data is backed up if it's important to you, or you will lose it if the screen goes out.

This phone is quicker to respond but you have to fight through so many Ads to get where you want to go.Many apps costing extra $$ to eliminate Ads or spam calls , plus over. $ 1,ooo for the phone, is a bit much for seniors. This flip phone is an amazing computer, but you need to invent a more senior friendly phone on the terrific verizon network. One that doesn't insult our intelligence, but more of a phone, than a camera and some games but not an entire arcade. Still, a marvel of tecnology.

Screen is longer and narrower than my former phone. Am Able to enlarge type enough to make it easily readable. Still learning and getting used to functions. This is my first Samsung, it could be me but talk to text seems to end sentences too early or put capital letters where I don't want them. Must do manual corrections. I speak with a normal California accent.

Great camera, easy to navigate, great spund quality. Still the fantastic flip design so it fits in any pocket. Love the small screen for viewing and access before flipping it.

Good in pocket. Battery back is good. You can play youtube and song from small screen. A bit inconvenient to open the screen everytime. Not for everyone

So far it has been great. It responds quickly and takes excellent photos. The battery lasts over a day with light use.

This is one of the easiest phones to use. It fits nicely in my pocket and the battery lasts long.

Great phone. Nice and compact. Feels like it will handle all the opening and closing. Excellent display. Camera is great. Still learning features.

This is a great phone forgot how much i missed my old flip phones. This phone has an adequate battery and life not excellant, but not bad. Easy to ise well built feels solid, i have dropped already not even a scratch, comes with a screen protector so no need ro buy. It is slick and slippery so i recommend a cover, o bought a cover that does not protect the hinge, i think yjis is unnecessary. All my apps,pictures,and passwords transferred overno issues. I am very happy with this phone and xonsidering buying another for a family member. One thing to add the front screen has a lot of potential, hopefully samsung will realize this and make some solid updates. Using it for notifcations, and lame widgets is a waste. Alot of people have co.plained about the canera, I think the image quality is good, its also nice that you can hold the phone like an old camcorder to record video and i find it easier to take pictures with the camera bent.

So far so good but I've only had the phone 10 days. I was pleased with the sound quality when listening to music. I've always had galaxy phones so it was an easy transition. I like the fact that it shows me all the notifications when folded and i can use whatsapp video with the phone half opened.

My sone loves the phone the weight and the size when not in use folded. The fold in the screen did look little warn towards the end of the three years before getting this new one. Might consider insurance plan either through Best Buy or carrier especially if hard on phones.

I was a little worried about hinge when I bought it. The hinge is durable and it does NOT show any signs of use so far after 8 months. You would not need extra screen protector on both sides of screen. What I like the most about this phone is its battery life.

Nice compact phone. Most of my phones were Motorola's, I thought I was going to be disappointed, but wasn't. Easy to carry, small enough to fit in pocket, but I purchases a clip on case for a belt.

Was skeptical about it at first, so far so good. Always loved the flip phone design.

Great new flip phone! Samsung has done a great job updating these flip phones with each new generation.

Like the size camera not quite as good as some other top phones but takes good pictures

The phone functions well and the fold feature makes it more comfortable in my pocket.
