    Bought this 11/22/2022 and now on 2/5/2023 I’m having to submit a claim through Verizon because the hinge is bubbled and screen pulling off the phone. Now without a phone until they can send a replacement.

    My wife loves this. She was having trouble with her old phone and watched the videos. All the geeks complaints about this phone did not apply to her. It is easy for her to use and store in her purse..

    Arrived with "airplane mode" on, unable to turn it off and activate. 3 Verizon phone customer service workers unable to activate; spent over an hour trying. Had to pay $39 at Verizon store to activate on top of $35 pd @ purchase for activation. Poor customer service at Best Buy and Verizon customer service. This review is not about the phone it's about purchasing it from Best Buy
