I really like that the phone folds in my pocket. Super fast and it has a real good camera. Drop it and cracked the back but screen was not damaged at all.

Have had this phone for about 1 year now. I absolutely love it. Love how it folds and can fit easily into pockets. I liked this phone so much i actually just ordered the flip 5.

No more pocket fishing...Nice screen to unfold to use! Sound is great when watching a video or movie. Still learning the functions...lol More functionality if you get the watch.

The ultimate mobile innovation and my favorite nostalgia phone from samsung because the flip phone is a cute and a stylish just to hear the closing sound of a flip phone. I personally like this phone on a built quality construction because once it is flipped convenient to keep in your pocket and notification popup in a quick glance on screens without opening it. The pictures are amazing with better zoom and night light for this model group. Full THUMSUP!

Best phone in class, easy to use, once folder fit in any pocket

After 1 year the hinge breaks as it has a factory defect and Samsung doesnt informed the customer's about this problem, so you pay a lot of money in a defective product and you have to pay for their mistake.

The more you use this phone the more you appreciate the many ways its "foldability" comes in handy - without sacrificing screen size. The online and TV commercials show some of them, such as it creates its own stand, makes it easier to video conference, etc. You can also fold it slightly and watch videos in landscape/panorama mode with it standing by itself, which is surprisingly useful. It's also nice to fold it to a convenient shape to prop in your car so it doesn't slide around. For me a real benefit is durability, since when it's folded it's just about impossible to damage. It is also much less bulky, so easy to put in a pocket. I got away from having the massive "wallet/phone case" combo when I got this phone, and that is my preference now. The little cover screen is useful to see the time, and see incoming texts, although I have not yet made use of its other features. Camera quality is just fine for me....I know it gets knocked in expert reviews when comparing to S22 etc., but unless you are a semi-professional photographer you probably won't notice much difference. Battery life is ok - not great. It is better than the Flip 3, which I briefly had before trading in for the Flip 4. Unless you are streaming or gaming several hours you will easily make it through the day with room to spare. Overall I really enjoy this phone, and it has grown on me as I use it more.

I like this phone. Downfall to it is after 5 months of having it, the screen broke from opening and closing it. Thank goodness for insurance. I was able to make a claim and get another one. Now i keep it open at all times. So far since i've chose to use it this way, it works great.

Really torn about this one because i absolutely love this phone. Love love love However just last night it started bleeding out of nowhere. There was no crash no trauma nothing and ia now resting peacefully. It started bleeding from the mkddle where it folds.

I was sceptical of purchasing it as a gift due to the screen flip mechanic but it seems solidly built. The middle piece where it flips is actually pretty solid. The phone's performance is great. A surprisingly good flip phone with smart phone architecture. Worth a look if you got the cash.
