I like this phone. Downfall to it is after 5 months of having it, the screen broke from opening and closing it. Thank goodness for insurance. I was able to make a claim and get another one. Now i keep it open at all times. So far since i've chose to use it this way, it works great.

Great phone, hardly any problems with it, used it for a while and overall enjoyed every minute of use. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for more “compact” experience.

Great phone. I love it. However, after only 7 months i have deal pixels in my screen. Not good on that end so make sure to get a protective plan

Just pretty, I like this phone a lot, it is so pretty.

After 1 year the hinge breaks as it has a factory defect and Samsung doesnt informed the customer's about this problem, so you pay a lot of money in a defective product and you have to pay for their mistake.

Bought this phone back in april and now its december and i absolutely love this phone much.

This phone is really nice. It folds up to a pocket-friendly size, has a bright screen, the antenna gets great reception, the battery lasts a surprisingly long (once you optimize the app settings and put the phone in battery saver, it even outlasts recent Galaxy S models with higher capacity batteries that are setup in a similar fashion). It's pretty sturdy, is built of quality materials and it's pretty simple to setup amd transfer your data from your previous phone. eSIM is great, if you have a carrier that supports it. FYI-There is a factory-installed screen protector already on the phone, but it's probably still a good idea to buy a phone case.

Had to get a new phone after old one stooped working and loved the ease and use of the flip 3 so definitely went with the flip 4

Worst phone in the history of the world. Phone screen came apart and gave me the Black Death after 3 weeks of ownership. No joke 6 days after the return period and it’s toast. I bought the geek squad protection but let me tell you that process in it self is way more complicated then what you think your getting. Do your self a favor and just get an iPhone that will last for atleast a solid year.

This phone is amazing. Only thing i do not like is to connect this to my car.

No more pocket fishing...Nice screen to unfold to use! Sound is great when watching a video or movie. Still learning the functions...lol More functionality if you get the watch.

This is a very nice phone and I like the size. It does have a big issue though. Since day one the speaker sounds terrible. Once in a while it works the way it should but most of the time it sounds terrible. Too much $ for this. Should have taken it back but hoped Samsung would put out an update to take care of this issue, never happened. Lots of people on-line are saying the same thing.

Not satisfied with the product . Its been 6months that i bought this phone and now i am facing issues when i close the flip the phone is turning off

Samsung flip phone very nice phone I Will never. go back to a straight phone. This baby fits right in My pocket no trouble with the screen at all this is my 4th phone flip.

Honestly i love the throwback samsung flip phone idea. I do wish it were a little less heavy and better camera but it's convient and look forward to the newer models:)
