Touch screen is not responding as per the expectation. Screen goes black so many times when using my phone and also back button on the screen is not working properly or not responding properly.

Just pretty, I like this phone a lot, it is so pretty.

I've had the flip 4 now for over a week and really do enjoy it. It's very easy to fold it with one hand (or two) and stick it in your pant pocket. I traded in a samsung S20 at the time of purchase and I almost immediately noticed the speed and vibrant display. Unless you're using your phone outside on a bright sunny day, the display is awesome. In direct sun light the phones glossy screen is not easily seen. The fold on the screen does not bother me at all. I find this phone excellent for its quickness and design.

It’s stylish and easy to use . But my screen turned black after using it for 5 months . Hope it’s not the problem with every flip4. Sent it for repair but it didn’t work out.

Worst phone in the history of the world. Phone screen came apart and gave me the Black Death after 3 weeks of ownership. No joke 6 days after the return period and it’s toast. I bought the geek squad protection but let me tell you that process in it self is way more complicated then what you think your getting. Do your self a favor and just get an iPhone that will last for atleast a solid year.

I absolutely love this phone but it's really easy to break. Screen replacement is tough to find and expensive. Went thru 2 in one year.

Great phone, battery lasts a full day compared to flip3 and it is the size I prefer now over the s22 ultra which is now too wide for me.

I bought this for my gfs birthday and she absolutely adored this phone . No problems at all whatsoever and cute too

This cell was for my daughter and ahe loves how the phone comes with a front screen, and that she can flip the phone, also, the pixels of the camara are great.

Great for the price, compact and attractive but not for everyone.

Honestly i love the throwback samsung flip phone idea. I do wish it were a little less heavy and better camera but it's convient and look forward to the newer models:)

Bought this phone back in april and now its december and i absolutely love this phone much.
