Hasn't even been a year and the top half of the screen no longer respond to touches. There is a vertical line on the top half on the right side. The hinge feels crunchy. Never dropped it. Phone still in excellent condition. The center part where it fold is blacked out. Got 1 month of factory warranty left. Going to see if Samsung will replace or repair it. for a $1000+ phone, it's pretty much junk. This will be one expensive paper weight if samsung doesn't fix it.

Was great while it lasted. One day I opened the phone, the hinge made a cracking sound, and the screen destroyed itself.

Can't recommend... Screen began to malfunction.. Top screen / touch screen stopped working unable to select anything.. Bottom half worked but screen would start to flash and wash out. Only 19 days of ownership with moderate use.. no damage drops.. just normal opening and closing the flip. No more Flip phone for me. Thanks Bestbuy for allowing me to trade it in for a S22 even out of the 14 day return period.

Not so great easy to break screen is not that well built one drop its done

Really cool phone, but it broke literally a week after the 1 year warranty ended. Whenever I close my phone or bend it a little bit, it completely shuts down. Phone is still brand new, never dropped it, no damage whatsoever. The folding function is the phone's main feature and I can't even fold it anymore.

Have had it for a week. Love it. Faster than my S22. Location of the fingerprint sensor makes it really easy to use seamlessly

Solid performance, just not the most long lasting. Screen died in less than 6 months

I have never had an issue with Samsung until I bought this product, a message stating that the "phone is too cold" began to appear and it won't charge, according to Samsung this is a user cause (not explaining what was exactly what the user did to provoke this issue) so the warranty wont be effective

Love it! Thinks of getting a second one trading in my iPhone 13. Small and large screen, light weight, fits everywhere ! So happy

The camera ehh its average only. Such a hassle just opening and closing it to text. Its too thick in the pocket. Also some apps crashes. -Takes too long to charge. It is a beautiful phone but not worth it at all. Still loving my Galaxy Note 10plus! Returned the Flip.

I love this phone. Very compact and handy. So far this is the best Samsung phone that I have.

I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy note 10+ (2019) phone to a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G. The principal reason was to be able to make phone calls when on 4G only sites, for which VoLTE support is required. Having 5G was also wanted for future proofing. So far VoLTE and 5G are showing up on the Skinny (Spark) network, and I will have to wait for Skinny/Spark to enable VoWiFi for the Flip 4 before I can try that - it should work.

I loved this phone but as a long time Apple user I couldn’t deal with the Android change. Its beautiful and I loved the cover screen! Couldn’t live without facetime and imessage though :(

Not satisfied with the product . Its been 6months that i bought this phone and now i am facing issues when i close the flip the phone is turning off
