The plegable screen is very nice, my wife loves here new phone

okay because the fold edges gasket started peeling in 3 months. did not expect this. go for other samsung models rather than flip.

Was definitely worth upgrading to this, so many good things to say that I'll just say the old feeling of opening it up like the flip phones from back then is so satisfying.

The phone was great-until after 2 weeks when the cover screen stopped taking touch inputs. No physical damage on the device, but it just stopped reading my touches. Of course, by this point, it was out of the return window and Samsung techs could not for the life of them figure out how to fix it. So now I'm stuck with a $1000 gimmick phone, of which I can't even use the gimmick!

While the phone is cool and fun. The screen broke right along the hinge line within 2 months of normal use.

This is a next day purchase review. I love this flip phone especially after watching a YouTube video on features and how to tweak the phone settings.

Terrible phone never dropped it bought the best case possible and the screen is turning black where it folds.

My wife LOVES this phone. This is for a person who does not like ask the new tech.

I pre ordered this phone. When i did, the took my Flip3 on the spot for a trade. So for 7 days i had to use an old phone. Was told phone would arrive on opening date. To my surprize it DID NOT. Store tried to blame everyone but Best Buy company. Ive worked retail for years. If your going to have a sale, you make sure you have the product on the date promised. Not happy with store and rude receiving manager.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 ten months ago. Within a month, noticed my hands were affected by the magnets on the phone. Bought a Military phone cover for protection which affects my hands even worse. Burning, stinging, muscles spasm while using my phone. Now, the protected screen is detaching where the phone bends. As we do not have a USP service in my small community, I requested to be credited back for the phone so I can go purchase another one that doesn't affect my hands as much. Samsung customer services refused. I will never buy another Samsung phone again. Terrible customer services and terrible equipment. 2 thumbs down!

Samsung should recall these phones. Mine started failing around the hinge after several months of use. They are just way too fragile for normal, everyday use. Way too expensive and underperforming compared to standard flagship Galaxy's. Don't be like me - I bought this because of the novelty of the flip concept, but now I regret it.

So I have had an iphone for over a decade now. I hated to let it go but I love my new phone. The picture quality is not a good a my iPhone 12 max but everything else is top-tier. I first notice this phone while watching one of my Kdrama show and I just to have it. So glad that I traded. Very satisfied. I just wish they had more colors.

Avoid this phone. It is very cool but is easily broken. The hinge broke after 7 months of gentle use. Samsung refused warranty repair because of a tiny scratch. Repair would have been $600 due to poor design, to replace the hinge the screen must also be replaced.

Tomorrow (dec 26) im getting my 4th flip phone, i love the design and able to fold it and put it on my hip like its a nintendo DS but i work in construction and i drop the phone and it always lands screen down and the breaks the fold pixels , you get the black bar across the fold and the green line. A design to protect the screen would be a great idea. Ive bought multiple cases to try and protect the phone but nothing to protect the screen from cracking or breaking the pixels. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE INSURANCE
