By the end of the week I went and bought one for myself. The cover screen is life changing and no matter how I use it, it's a big flex.

To get your free samsung replacement you have to go to a assurion ubreakifix store and turn your phone over for 3-4 hours or pay 40.00 not samsungs 19.99 price. Additionally 3 weeks in battery has got worse not sure if it is phone or software updates.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the features and performance of this phone are just fine, and the novelty of the folding screen is high, the build quality is horrible. My screen began failing at the fold 5 months after purchase. In addition to making the entire process incredibly cumbersome, time-consuming, and generally difficult, Samsung refused to honor the warranty, claiming there was damage to some little rubber piece on the side of the screen. Clearly, the damage was due to poor design/quality, as the only other possibility would be intentional sabotage on my part. To add insult to injury, the screen was in worse condition when I got it back from the Samsung mail-in repair facility -- Not only were there lines across the phone, but the entire bottom half started flashing green. I spoke to a non-Samsung-affiliated phone tech, and they confirmed the poor quality of Samsung's folding screens. Based on this experience (and a couple other recent ones), it appears Samsung makes poor quality products and won't stand behind them. Never again.
