The Best Buy plus membership and it was a fight to get them to help me with the extended warranty. I showed up at Best Buy and they told me to make an appointment to see geeksquad when I showed up to my appointment they told me they couldn’t help and to call 1888 BestBuy, I called and they told me to go back to the store finally got someone to help me after I voiced my frustrations with not being helped. Why sell that service if you are going to make it a nightmare to use it.

Worest screen ever

Iam so disappointed by this phone...

It's a conversation piece! But I've had it since late May of 2024, and the screen has broken twice. The first time it took over $400 to replace. Now, after falling out of my pocket, it has broken again. What's the point in wasting the money on something cute if it's so easily broken?

Started messing up exactly to the day I couldnt return. Would not recommend. Even the guy at store couldnt fix... for the money im so disappointed

Being 43 I have been hoping they did this before I die. How ever the crease or where the phone folds already had a razor thin crack, rip. It's a poor design and it was rushed to production in my opinion. We returned ours the next day and bought Google pixels. Not impressed with those either.
