    Don't buy. A year later my screen is not working. It has dots and lines. Changing the screen is $388+ tax

    Freezes all the time spellcheck doesnt work touch doesnt work. Started messing up exactly to the day I couldnt return. Would not recommend. Even the guy at store couldnt fix... for the money im so disappointed

    Build quality is not great. It's been less than a year and it's already overheating and the hinges are falling apart.

    The foldable area of the screen has a line and sometimes the bottom half on it flickers annoyingly ive only had it for a month

    Crap phone broke after 9 months. Still under warranty but will cost $400 to fix

    If you have Spectrum Mobile, DO NOT BUY THS PHONE! After dropping $1000 on this phone I find out it's not compatible with my carrier...even though they sell this phone on their site and it was an unlocked phone.

    Phone has serious defects. Tried to get geek squad help but was 4 days outside return period so they would not fix. Will never but a phone from best buy again.

    Black blob of death. Phone is not very old and needs to be replaced. they said I have to send it in I would get it back in 15 days they don't care at their warranty department.
