Great product. I bought it for my wife and she's extremely happy with the technology especially the camera. 3 of her colleagues got the same phone after seeing her with the phone. If tou need a phone, get one of this. The sales person was very nice and professional.

This phone takes me back to my childhood days with all the flip phones. Although it’s a bit bulky when folded it still a great phone.

I have had the Flip 1, 3 and 5 and now the 6 after I dropped my 5 on its face. I bought this one from Best Buy after every At and T store had to order one. Best Buy had it in stock. I lost my 3 in an airport once and before it was returned, I used a traditional non flip phone. I hated the inconvenience. This will fit in my shirt pocket.

I switched to this phone from an iphone 13 and im loving it so far. It was a little hard to get the hang of it at first but once i did, it blew the iphone out of the water.

Loved the phone super fast, great size and extremely durable. I did give it 4 stars because it is so hard to get your fingers in there to open it. I would tecomend this item

I brought the samsung fold phone for my teen age daughter for her 18th birthday this year. I got a lot of hugs & kisses. This is the idea phone for a young person that loves fashion.

It is a beautiful and sleek phone, it has improved it's hinge protection and i don't have to worry about it bubbling up any more. I love it very much and the golden yellow color is stunning.

The novelty of the front screen wore off pretty quickly, but I still love the small form factor in my pocket and it has proven to be very durable. After ~8 months of use my screen protector has started to separate over the hinge on the left side, but that's the only sign of wear. Phone still opens all the way smoothly.

Has lots if usefull functions like the translation when on phone calls

Switched from an iphone... been using the iphone from the first generation... was nervous of the switch... used smart switch and it made the switch a breeze...

Its super compact, it fits in every pocket, great for woman's small pockets, and the front camera is of great use with the front screen.

I really like the build and how fast the CPU is. The only downside is that this phone is too expensive and there are no promotions like the pixel 9s.

Best Buy tricked me with the $250 gift card ad when buying the Flip 6 I ordered this phone on 8/6 and was supposed to get an egift card of $250. 3 days went by and I didn't receive any emails so I reached out. They told me to call the support since the egift card was put on hold for some reasons. Fine, I called them and they told me that they were not able to process the egift card and would replace it with a physical one and I would receive it 7-10 business days (that was 8/10). So I was supposed to receive the gift card maximum on 8/23. Guess what? I did not receive it. Contacted them again (3rd time) and they kept tranferring me around and after 1 hour, they told me that it would take maximum of 15 business days and they had to request another department to send me updates. It is already a joke at this point. So, I waited another 5 business days and NOTHING happened. I reached out again on 8/30 (4th time), and they confirmed that the physical gift card was canceled. This time, they offered me 12500 points so I can convert it to $250 reward, and I would see the points in my account after 48h. I waited and NOTHING happened. So I contacted them again on 9/4 (5th time - 1 month after the purchase). I wanted to return the phone for full refund but they wouldn't let me since it was out of return window. Then they offered to refund $250 back into my account and I would receive an confirmation email. I have not received any email regarding this refund confirmation . And, through all of this, Best Buy never reachs out to me with any updates, and only when I contact them, they would act like they try to resolve the problems but in fact, NOTHING happens.

My very awaited Flip Z-6! Im so very excited to use... very compact & easy to carry...fit in every small purse of pocket!
