Unfortunately, I have had the flip6 for less than a year and the screen will go completely black if I flip the phone closed. Like the phone will still play music/videos and take screen shots, but the actual screen will stay black for a bit. It seems like the period of time the screen stays black is increasing as the days pass. The older models I had lasted well over a year with no issues so I don't know if it is just this specific model.

I just received it again and will continue to use it, I hope it doesn't fail again.

Years of being used to having a giant slab in my pocket. Its refreshing to have a phone that folds up and fits nicely. The crease is totally unnoticeable in day to day use. Love this thing, feel like I'm living in the future every time I pull it out.
