Used it for a month and the crease is still not too noticeable. I do thonk my google pixel took better photos

Honestly. I was soooo skeptical of switching. However my partner is a die hard samsung user ans convinced me to finally switch. While adapting to the OS has been challenging, this phone has been nothing but fun. The nostalgia of a new age flip phone that is able to be 100% customized? sign me up! I am so so happy with this decision and unless i have to i wont be goinf back.

I really liked this phone but just three months later it's already malfunctioning. The inner screen intermittently won't turn on. I took it into service but a tiny imperfection on the hinge (see picture) voided my warranty according to the repair shop. This phone has only had normal use, no major drops. It would cost $350 pre-tax to fix the screen. Given the hinge is naturally a weak point, I don't trust that it won't break again in three months so I've decided to buy a different phone instead. It's too bad because it's a really nice concept.

i bought the protection plan on my phone and it just broke not even a year into it took it back thinking protection plan covered it ........no they want a 200 dollar deductable to send me a replacement? what did i purchase then....?

The Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 is a great phone that provides plenty of speed, decent battery life, great bright screen and does have the best mechanical flip setup out between the Motorola Flip and itself. The Flip 6 provides plenty of power and battery to easily push through a typical day of texting, emails, and calls alongside some video watching or internet searching. If you choose this model, you can’t and won’t go wrong with your choice.

Overall is small but feels heavy. Good thing the cover monitor can read messages, emails and other messages. It does not take up too much space in my purse. It's expensive but transferable since it's unlocked. The transfer with the SIM card was easy and continue to use. Pictures look natural. Still learning things about it.

Phenomenal phone. I would still go with it even if it was twice the price. Good camera, good battery, good performance, almost no screen crease, and it flips in half! Could not be happier with this purchase.

Phone is awesome. Bought the phone for my girlfriend who has babied it while shes had it. However, three months in, the main screen stopped working. Called Samsung who gave us a repair shop number to get it fixed. After talking to them on the phone they said this is a very common issue. Took the phone to the repair shop and they almost didnt take it because it looked like a very small scratch on the hinge part. I looked at the scratch and started rubbing on it and it disappeared. You could barely see this mark on the phone. It is currently being repaired now. Im only writing this review to let folks know that your main screen may stop working and if there is any type of scratch on your phone it will not be covered under warranty. Other than this, the phone is great. Flip screen tech just isnt dependable yet.

Phone was purchase to take videos and pics on a tour trip to Nigeria. Excellent videos Excellent pics. Upon returning the cell would get hot furing video chat, specifically whatsapp chat. Please Samsung work on these flip phones. I previously read overheating was an issue but your cellphones should not overheat worst rhan metrpcs cellular devices, my goodness !!

As a guy, I keep my phone in my pocket. This phone being short when folded closed makes it so much more comfortable in my pocket. I love that I can set it to "open to answer" like a classic flip phone. The screen, when folded open, is quite tall, taller than the basic flagship phones. I'm looking forward to the future of this style of phone and what they can do with it as they refine the design.

Bought almost a year ago and as an iphone user i couldnt be happier. I had an android growing up so i was just waiting for the tech to get better. My observations: - Really good cover and front cam, pretty mid inner cam - can run hot when open, closed is fine - very custommmmmm love it - wish front apps were more avaliable but there are ways around it -parts for repair can be expensiveeee so be careful. I left the Galaxy world for the flip. There is a lot I like about it and and a bit I don't. I love how compact it is. The animations on the front screen are fun. I am either on speaker or blue tooth ear buds, so I never need to keep it open to talk. Most apps I can run on the front screen, folded and magnet mounted in my car. The drawbacks are 2 main ones for me. I cannot get my email program or notifications to show on the front screen. Email is what I use most on my phone. The second is I use dual sim on here with 2 phone numbers. I cannot get texts from the esim when on the physical sim as a phone call. So when they say can we send you a text to verify who you are, I say I will get it when we hang up. I have been back and forth with Samsung and TMobile. The reality is, it is the phone. This same issue is a problem with consistently getting phone calls. Some people go right to voicemail when I am on or off the phone. Every setting and network change has been made. Because of the dual sim, my next phone will probably not by the Flip unless this is guaranteed to be resolved, although they keep insisting it is not an issue, but searching the internet tells a different story.

This phone has been perfect and so well functioning. Much better than other reviews would lead you to believe. This one in specific did come without a screen protector but was put on under warranty no issues at all. system is quick with no flaws or lag. Screen is a little awkward in size but quickly got used to it. display is amazing, huge fan of the split screen/daul viewing. the camera is unmattched. I'm definitely a flip user for now on.

This phone hit all the boxes for me; excellent display, compact, fast. One month in of regular use though, and the screen bend is now flickering and causing the bottom half of the main display to flash. No cracks on the glass, dents, or missing (pre-installed) screen protector. I'm out of my return window now so unfortunately its a repair or replace for me, but HUGE buyer beware here. This phone is simply not worth it this generation or probably even the next. The screen is simply not protected from its own main feature. I requested a warranty repair from Samsung and they're offering a DISCOUNTED repair. That's right, you're still on the hook for THEIR engineering issues.

Best cell phone ive ever owned, easy to use and carry around, lots of things you can do with it keeps me busy or not , sharp and great quality

Love the multiple screens with design options. Device works smoothly, and the folding works great. The battery is awesome as it charges in an hour with the cord and 3 hours if using a wire charger which is so much faster. Takes great pictures

I've owned my Z flip 6 for two weeks and am already returning it due to a defect. The hinge or screen keeps making a clicking/sticky sound when I unfold it fresh out the box. I don't want to risk holding onto the device beyond the return window and can only imagine how much worse this will get after 2-6 months. (or after 1 year warranty is over) I called a nearby Samsung authorized repair store and they assured me they could fix whatever it was under warranty, but I didn't want to go through that hassle with a brand new phone. If you purchase this, try calling your nearby repair store and pick their brain about the durability. They've seen first-hand what to look out for, what breaks, etc. Do your online research too. In closing, Samsung needs to back their durability claims if they want consumers to be confident in this VERY EXPENSIVE purchase. There's a reason these depreciate so much after purchase. Extend the warranty to 2 years. Include Samsung Care for free. Anything to help make us feel like this device will last. I'm giving up on my hopes to own a flip phone for now.

Loved the phone super fast, great size and extremely durable. I did give it 4 stars because it is so hard to get your fingers in there to open it. I would tecomend this item

This phone takes me back to my childhood days with all the flip phones. Although it’s a bit bulky when folded it still a great phone.
