False Ad for the $250 Gift Card

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy tricked me with the $250 gift card ad when buying the Flip 6 I ordered this phone on 8/6 and was supposed to get an egift card of $250. 3 days went by and I didn't receive any emails so I reached out. They told me to call the support since the egift card was put on hold for some reasons. Fine, I called them and they told me that they were not able to process the egift card and would replace it with a physical one and I would receive it 7-10 business days (that was 8/10). So I was supposed to receive the gift card maximum on 8/23. Guess what? I did not receive it. Contacted them again (3rd time) and they kept tranferring me around and after 1 hour, they told me that it would take maximum of 15 business days and they had to request another department to send me updates. It is already a joke at this point. So, I waited another 5 business days and NOTHING happened. I reached out again on 8/30 (4th time), and they confirmed that the physical gift card was canceled. This time, they offered me 12500 points so I can convert it to $250 reward, and I would see the points in my account after 48h. I waited and NOTHING happened. So I contacted them again on 9/4 (5th time - 1 month after the purchase). I wanted to return the phone for full refund but they wouldn't let me since it was out of return window. Then they offered to refund $250 back into my account and I would receive an confirmation email. I have not received any email regarding this refund confirmation . And, through all of this, Best Buy never reachs out to me with any updates, and only when I contact them, they would act like they try to resolve the problems but in fact, NOTHING happens.
