But more than anything the camera was awful!! Pictures look grainy or blurry like... or maybe with a gray like filter is a better way to explain it I'm not sure.

But the manager is insisting i should have read the receipt where it says 14 days on some products. No attempt to help me with the issue, i called samsung but they wont replace the phone.

Battery doesn’t charge for over 10 hours. Overall a bad experience when I compare it with my previous Samsung products.

Hate the size of Flip 7

You wouldn't think that it would make that much of a difference, but it does. It no longer fits comfortably in my hand, and I dropped it 3 times in the first day. My hand started to ache from having to grip it so tightly. Note: I am a mature woman with small hands, and my Flip 5 was the perfect size for me.
