This phone has a pre-installed screen protector on the main display and inner display. The main displays glass screen protector was cracked. This item was an open box excellent condition. If the screen protector was something that was removable without voiding the warranty then it wouldnt be as much of a big deal. A phone with a cracked screen is not considered excellent condition. So im giving this one star for the review. Also, i had checked the phone out before even leaving the store, immediately rejected the order when i saw it was damaged and they gave me a returned device reciept. I called the bank to see why i never got the refund, the bank told me that they processed a refund than immediately recharged the full amount. I called best buys customer service number and they told me that the store didnt properly request a refund they only did it as a return. They told me the refund would be finished in 2 to 3 hours and yet hours later my bank is still showing the charge. The worst part is that they took no initiative to contact the bank. They are making me go back and forth between the bank and best buy. I would highly recommend staying away from their open box excellent condition deals.
