I love my phone. It has not given me no problems and that screen !! Boy its good

The Samsung Flip Phone is handy and performs well. The purchase and trade in process at Best Buy was effortless.

Its a little heavy and the battery does not last as long as I would like dut i still love this phone

Was a great phone for the first year then the problems started. The front screen started to peel off and make a craking noise evertime I open it. Its still great to have the big open screen, but now i just cant wait to go back to a regular phone.

Love that it open up like a tablet. Able to watch get movies.

Fast, fun, great performance, great battery, love the screens.. well made. Was a little hesitant at first but im glad i pulled the trigger. These folding phones have gotten so much better. I highly recommend to give it a go if its on tour radar :)

Great phone. Super expensive but worth the money for what it does.

The phone looks so cool and seems like it would be so great but after having it a few months im really not a fan. Big heavy, hard to find decent cases and cases make it hard to use the key pad on the screen. Only thing its good for is doing my puzzle game.

I never use the full screen and less than 2 years after purchase my full screen has decided not to work as a touch screen. I can use the feont half screen and open to full screen but there is now a large black line where the fold is. This phone is bulky and cumbersome to use and there are very limited options for decent cases that work with this phone. I have also been thru multiple screen protectors with this phone because they all pull loose from the screens.

Love my phone. If you're on the fence about this phone, do it! You will not regret it.

I got my phone last year when they came out... so after a year in the middle is cracking. I figured it would because it's hard plastic basically. So after enough opening and closing it WILL eventually crash in the seams

The fold, finally what we always dreamed it could be. This phone takes everything that was great about the first three phones and builds on that to deliver a truly great product. Android apps hold it back from being perfect because of the aspect ration and I really wish you could delete the Samsung stock apps, but all in all this is the best Android phone you can buy now. Cameras are great for everyday users too!

My boyfriend finally upgraded to this after four and a half years with a Note 8. He loves this phone and will probably continue to get this line. He writes all the time and says it's great for writing.

Went in to have my Z3 fixed because it had developed A-line down the center and all the other repair places that Samsung had sent Me Too Told me it wasn't covered under warranty and we're going to charge me a large sum of money so I figured Best Buy since I had total Check would only charge me the deductible when I went in I was surprised to find that they not only did they give me a new version of the same phone with no charge But they also treated me very well and gave me a little something for my inconvenience so I am extremely impressed and grateful. It does as advertised. It is just too big sometimes. Otherwise a good phone
