the front screen is solid. i drop it all the time and no cracks but not the folded screen. whatever you do, don't drop this phone while the fold is open because if it lands face down its done. i dropped it once face down while the fold was open and the seam down the middle cracked right apart. now i only have the front screen. i can hear the ends scrape against each other when i open it up. i hope the zfold5 corrects this problem. up until that happened the phone was great. but the screen protector is useless.

I like the fold 4. The process of recieving my trade in credit has been very frustrating. Best Buy leaves the process up to the consumer. Will stick with a verizon store on future purchases. Best Buy failure

Bought for my husband, but now I want one for me!!

Great size and function. Easily adaptable to previous S10+. Screenshot is harder but may not understand it all yet. Love the fold out, great for social media and videos. My eyes are not stressed as much.

The phone doesn't last more than six months before you develop a crack along the screen at the fold. Samsung g knows this is a problem but won't refund it, so every six months you have to have the screen replaced (I've replaced two). Don't buy this phone unless you want to constantly bring it in for repairs.

Bought the Z Fold 3 in February 2022 and in June 2023 a vertical crack developed on both sides of the hinge while watching a movie. The phone was not dropped. Appears to be a known problem with the Z Fold phones.
