The problem with all of the preloaded Samsung applications causes significant confusion for my wife. I was considering a Samsung folding flip for myself but, the battle with Samsung apps has eliminated that consideration. I will stick with a strictly Android phone. I would only recommend this phone if browsing from a phone is constantly required.
