I bought this phone open box "excellent" condition. The phone had pretty noticable wear on the center seam of the screen after the first 6 months. Now it turns off every time I unfold it. Geeksquad will offer you the most inconvenient sollution possible if this happens to you. Expect to be without your phone for at least 30 days as they look for every reason to not provide you with a solution.

Wasn't sure how I would like the flip phone but it is actually pretty cool just have to get used to how bulky it is. Do not buy the otter box case for it, it doesn't stay on.

This has been the worst phone I have bought from Samsung, I bought 3 of which 2 have presented multiple malfunctions starting with the battery and when my son's phone is opened it does not open completely. Mine went for repair under warranty because one day it turned off and it didn't turn on again and they changed the battery and it keeps turning off when it wants.

After only 8 months hinges broke and screen wouldn't open all the way. Do not recommend

I purchased this Z Fold4 in September of 22 and now I have black screen. Not a software problem. Expensive repair. I would not recommend this item. Garbage!!!!

The Best Foldable On The Planet. I Love Surface Duo, But Microsoft Worked With Samsung On The Latest Fold, And The Dock On Here Is Everything. I Stopped Using Microsoft Launcher On My Foldables Because Of The Dock On Fold 4. The Best Fold So Far, And A Seamless Experience.

Superb phone. My sister truly enjoys it and even though I only played with it for a few minutes, the quality this year has improved despite many saying it's a minor upgrade from the 3. Best part are the trade in deals so I would encourage anyone to get it even if they have the 3.

Huge disappointment. The battery life is horrible and apps will not resize correctly for the front screen.

Do not buy the phone hinge faulty starting class action lawsuit today....if you have had this issue please join it

Love that it can be a phone or a tablet when I'm on the go and play my games remotely. only thing is it does attract dust so cleaning cloths are my best friend

This foldable is probably the best one out there! Some people may hate them but i think if you give the fold 4 a try youll chnage your view on them

Absolutely disgusted with Best Buy over this deal. I am a Long Haul truck driver. My phone is my world and my life because of it being my contacts for my job. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy today talking to a bunch of people from China who fixed nothing with a cell phone I bought that has no speaker and no sound at all. And they have done nothing whatsoever to remedy this. And I'm out on the road. Be careful what you buy

Stay away from this piece of junk. Super uncomfortable to hold. From screen is super uncomfortable to use. Inside screen is s okay. Battery don't expect more than 4-5 hrs of continue use. Do not believe that productivity smartphone marketing. Camera is a 4 or 5 generations step back. If you want something big to watch videos just get an ipad mini and sace the time and money on this overprice phone. Stay with regular galaxy of the iPhone.

This phone is a powerhouse! Samsung has almost gotten rid of the seem/fold (in the center) and the subtel changes to the hardware make this phone a definite winner in my book.

Love this phone. Previously had a galaxy fold 2 and even though not much has changed im loving the small improvements. Better camera, easier to open and more structural folding!!

Terrible terrible terrible. 3 weeks and the screen already broke on the inside. It is away for repairs now. Looks cool but isn't really. Samsung is fixing it but I'm not rough on my phones at all and super sad at the quality I got for the price I paid. Not sure how long it will last without breaking again since it litterly just cracked from opening it up.

The phone is great, my only gripe would be that the battery dies really fast.

These phones are bad. The display broke exactly 1 year from the date of purchase and Best Buy didn't help at all. Kudos to Samsung customer care, they helped and fixed it the first time for free. Stay away from folding phones.
