I held off on getting a fold to make sure Samsung has ironed out most of the bugs. I bought this on Aug 29th and 3 days later the internal screen stopped working.

Not pracitcal if you are used to a singular screen device

Only had for a little while before I upgraded to Fold 5, but Fold is definitely the way to go

I like how it folds into a bigger screen or have 2 different screens at once.

I really like the fold 4 phone. It charges fast and holds a charge well. The seam in the middle is barely noticeable. My previous phone was a Note 8. I really liked that phone also. I like to use the S pen as well. The camera takes great pictures.

This is a great samsung device with an amazing camera/screen and with the 120hz screens and 12gb of ram this thing is smooth and fast.

I own a Fold 4 and to be honest, it was a great phone until 13 months later. I did everything I could to protect the phone and one day, a black line appeared in the middle when the phone is unfolded. Phone cannot be functioned when is unfolded. I took it to Geek, waited for evolutions, I was told that to repair this will cost me $500 and had to leave the phone for about a week or so. I miss the warranty by one month. This phone cost me quite a bit to purchase and I did not want to spend another 500 to fix a problem that was not caused by me. I went online to research and apparently, I was not the only fold user who had this problem. I used the phone for 3 more months without unfolding and traded in for another phone. It was not only the costly repair but I have lost faith in the Fold series...

Staff was very patient in courteous in my attempt to figure out my payment method.

Great improvement over last year model, people will always complain no matter what, over all amazing, under displays camera almost invisible, the quality still no so good but you have to remember that the camera it's underneath the displays lol.

The case is very nice, but the adhesive strip used for the front piece is not very sticky. It would catch on my pocket and come off and them wouldnt stay on the phone.

These flagship phones incliding S23 and so on. These "Fantastic" phones are overshadowed by HORRIBLE, Horrendous, pitiful, useless, and frustrating Customer Service and useless insurance vy said company. These phones are being sold with the intention of being replaced every year now and the customer service is the last nail on the coffin. Go with other options that are much more afforable and have mediocre to ok customers service with repairs or replacements, no questions asked. STAY FAR FAR FAR away from these products if you are the average joe.

Was a great phone and did everything i wanted it to do and more. The only thing i had trouble with is swipe texting when the phone is closed because my hands are big. But other than that, definitely worth it.

The phone is great but I think front screen could have been wider.

I switched to fold 4 from fold 3. fold 3 was worst phone I ever used. thank god fold 4 is better .

This is not a upgtade ftom my fold 3. Samsung, we wanted top of the line cameras and a built in spen. A better battery would be icing on the cake but instead you give us last year’s model. You lost me and several others as customers.
