I received a Samsung galaxy fold 3 instead of galaxy fold 4, never gonna trust bestbuy again

I absolutely LOVE this phone!!!! Ibought the open box version and let me tell you it looks and acts brand new no flaws no problems just greatness. It does so many things like the screen splitting now i do so more without having to go back and forth. I love the fact that it is deff very sturdy, the camera is amazing so clear and such beautiful photos. It holds a charge very well i use my phone non stop And it last a lot longer than the previous phones i had. I know the phone is really worth every penny that you'll spend. Best phone ever all around. this was my first purchase with best buy and i deff came to the right company they took care of me the whole way through from ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend this phone its amazing and i would highly recommended buying from best buy.

Awesome phone. It has three screens. The front screen can be used for most texting needs and web surfing. The best option when watching videos or web surfing is when opening the big screen. It's like a mini tablet. The cameras take good quality photos and the battery life is decent. There are many case options to protect the phone and I would recommend using one, however, they do add a bit of bulk to the whole phone. When this one fails, I will upgrade to the next fold model.

I love this phone, it's easy to use, a lot of the apps are well optimized for the broad screen (not all), and it's helpful for checking emails or working on documents on my phone. I've had the phone for about a year now and don't have a case or screen protector and haven't had any damage or issues (despite being a clumsy person who drops phones a lot) so it's very durable. The tiktok viewing experience is great, and I love that it still has the full functionality on the front screen when close.

As a medical student this phone is EVERYTHING! when the screen is closed its a regular (but kinda bulky) phone. When you open the screen to read notes from a PDF or from AMBOSS for example, you basically have an iPad mini. this has been very convinient to own to study on the go. For people who actually care about having the newer phones this phone is solid. Great camera quality, 120Hz refresh rate, The Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, customizability and a very clean overall look and solid build quality makes it pleasant to own. I had the case with the pen slot or swappable kick stand. This is helpful for those who take notes on the go. The kickstand makes it a good screen to watch YouTube or whatever if you use it for social media content instead of a regular laptop or tv. But the real power is using the kickstand, having a Samsung laptop and the surface Tab S9! They ALL have 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED display so it's consistent across all devices. you can sync them and use your mouse and keyboard across all three devices making it the ultimate productivity tool. The phone also has Samsung dex which I never use but it's there. you could always get a small foldable keyboard if that's your thing. The Zfold5 just came out but I don't see the point on spending the extra money for it to be newer when you can buy this for cheaper price and get use of it for the next 3+ years. Only thing to be aware of is the big folding screen has a screen protector preinstalled by Samsung. I purchased the phone in January and the screen creased last month. according to Samsung if it happens within 12 months they will fix it for you at no charge. after 12 months you're on your own but the cost is between 20 and 25 dollars (according to what I saw online).

This is absolutely the best phone i have ever owned. Its not as big as i thought and when its closed its still has a good phone experience. The features are amazing, the cameras are good, the finger print sensor is good, but the face unlock on the enter screen only works.in perfect light. The battery life last me all day. I wake up and take it off the charger at 7am and i dont charge it up until around 9 or 10pm (i do connect the phone to my car on the ride home so i can listen to music). Overall i give this a 9.7 out of 10

Let me start off this review by saying how much I absolutely love this phone. I have used an iPhone and I do not miss my iPhone after switching to the z fold 4. This phone is a true mobile computer that is jammed packed with so many features. The front outer screen is convenient for doing simple tasks like making a quick phone call or quickly checking social media or text messages. Opening the phone to the larger screen is perfect for playing games, reading, and watching videos. I paid a hefty price for this phone but I can easily say that its definitely worth every penny. Goodbye iPhone.

Oh my god. Best phone I have rver used. Displays are amazing. Excellent functionality and great battery life. You can do pretty much everyrhing with this phone. The Camera is great too. Can capture the mooon!!!

I am very impressed with this phone!! It is super fast and the charge last all day. Very clear photos. I love the fact you can you open or leave the phone closed to talk. I brought this phone as an open box product. Buyer beware, if buying open box you may not get all the items in brand new box. This phone is always out of stock brand new. I did get a $450 discount for buying an open box that was in excellent condition.

Compared to Fold 3: phone battery life has been increased quite noticeably. The front screen display increase make the front screen alot more usable. Screen quality seems a little more clear and smooth. It runs a little faster. Cameras seem to be better as well. Just wish the pen could be integrated into phone like note or the ultra models

Well i traded my phone and got an s24 ultra over this through best buy, but i enjoyed my time with this. I harnessed the dual display for camera view purpose and sometimes the fold to balance on stuff, then sometimes to play pes efootball in tablet mode and watch movies, not the best like s24 but has its own perks I didn't like that my wife's screen got damaged after like 1 year and there was a black line on the inside screen of the fold. And we couldn't fix it due to cost and time of warranty, or else 5 star And also my phone the hinge didn't open all the way through after 6 months. So both me and my wife had some kind of problems with it

I purchased the Z Fold for the large screen, and I love the large screen. When folded there is a small screen like a regular phone that will fit in a car phone holder. I love the large screen, battery life, camera, phone will read and write thumb drive in UCB C port, works on 5G network. Downside is when folded it is twice as thick as regular phone and twice as heavy.

Love this phone. The bulk of it in a pocket (folded) can get a little obnoxious, but you get used to it in time. When you unfold it, and look atit semi-straighr forward you can hardly notice the crease in the display. The camera is good, not great; not nearly as good as galaxy s21ultra or s22 ultra. Turns out samsung holds a pretty good warranty on the phone and screen separately, assuming you have not visually traumatic damage.

It's not my surface duo 2, but it's definitely the next best thing. Multi tasking is one gesture away, the screens both work wonderfully, and strong audio. Definitely have a backup phone for if/when the inner screen fails, and make sure you have insurance. Geek squad protection has been incredible any time I've had to use it.

This phone is small enough to put in your pocket, yet unfolds to a very nice sized screen. It is also very easy to use and has lots of memory.

Excellent phone! Just what I needed for business. I am able to multi task and have better camera quality than my previous phone. I must admit, I was nervous about purchasing an open box phone but I haven't had any issues. It was inspected well.

Grate item. As well as being the new top Galaxy model. It is also one of the best phones around generally, beating even the usually indomitable iPhone on photography and performance in some areas. The camera proves to be very versatile, offering wonderful detail and color depending on your priority.
