Customers value the Galaxy Z Fold4's large screen size, excellent camera quality, and impressive battery life. Many appreciate its multitasking capabilities and ease of use, finding it enjoyable for various tasks and media consumption. I've had the Fold 4 for abour 2 years now and heavily use it daily. Even after going without a case for this long and dropping it a few times, everything still works well. When this phone finally dies, I will upgrade to whatever the newest fold model is available

This is the best foldable so far and works great. Once you get one its hard to go back to a standard phone. Yes you need to treat it with care but its durable at the same time. Now when the pixel fold releases without samsung bloat and the wide outter screen, that could be the real deal.

Its a good phone. The fold itself is great. But its a bit bulky. Its great for scenarios where one is using it for work and tablet like tasks. Otherwise the folding screen doesnt help.

incredible cell phone, I used it to give it to an elderly person because of the larger screen, it is working very well, the operating system handles it easily and the battery lasts a long time

I love the Samsung Z Fold. It is like a mini tablet. I am able to work of it, read emails with ease. Watch movie and TV from it. Social Media and play games. You are able to keep it closed to talk or text easily form it or if I would like more screen space, I just easily unfold the phone. It takes great pictures as well. I have people ask me all the time "What kind of phone is that, it is so clear and easy to see". Simply it is the Samsung Z fold and I love it.

Amazing phone overall. gaming or work. Doing anything on this phone is better with a big screen and the power behind this phone. The only bad part is that now.. any phone i buy is going to have to be fold phones now because i can't go back lol

Love it! If you want a phone and a tablet, this is the phone for you. It's a little heavy but great if you want a solid piece of equipment. The case, spen and screen saver cost to much for extra add ons' for an already expensive phone.

I bought with intention to use with my LG Standbyme TV for NFC functionality not realizing that my iphone 14 pro would work just fine. However being a longtime IOS user its hard to get used to. Still prefer the Iphone so I dont use it a ton, but is better for recording my Tik Tok videos ( Sir_un_box_a_lot ) I appreciate the novelty of regular phone screen to phablet in an instant though. Maybe with more time it will grow on me the operating system just takes a lot of getting used to coming from the intuitive Apple IOS systems. Thanks Best Buy for a quality product though.

I have always been a Samsung person but was leary about the folding option however it is great! I love having the bigger screen, almost a tablet, when needed. Blazing fast too. I recommend getting the pen as well.

I purchased this phone very eager to step away from it's biggest competitor. I was new to Android so it took some adjustment. I loved the idea of having a large screen that opens up for multitasking so I jumped on the offer to buy one. After 1 year and 4 months of use, the inner screen no longer works. A bubble appeared in the crease of the screen initially, followed by dead pixels in the middle with the screen not responding to touch. I was concerned about this potential issue when I bought the phone, but reviews generally regarded the issue to be fixed with this generation. Unfortunately, it has not been fixed and I am left with a defective device that is not even two years old. The biggest lesson I have learned with this phone is to make sure I have insurance and/or extend the warranty. Also, something to note for AT&T users: if you have insurance through your AT&T plan, it will not cover a device purchased through a third party. At least not a phone that was bought unlocked.

Multitasking works well with split screen apps and dex on a external screen. Media and Games look great on the internal screen.

    WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

I decided to try a **refurbished Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4**, and at first, I was really impressed. The phone looked great out of the box, with no noticeable scratches, a solid hinge, and the foldable display was stunning for multitasking and streaming. Performance was excellent, and I felt like I was getting a premium device at a much better price. The sad part is, I actually bought **two refurbished units**, and unfortunately, one of them broke fairly quickly. That was disappointing, because while the Fold 4 itself is an amazing piece of tech, the experience showed me the risks of buying refurbished electronics. Battery life was already a concern, and adding durability issues on top of that has made me cautious. ### ✅ Pros * Arrived in **great condition** with minimal signs of use * **Foldable display** is gorgeous and great for multitasking * **Strong performance** at a lower price than new * **Hinge felt solid** on the working unit ### ⚠️ Cons * One of my two devices **broke quickly** * **Battery life** can feel shorter than expected * Buying refurbished means **uncertain long-term reliability** ### Final Thoughts While the **Galaxy Z Fold 4** is an incredible phone in terms of design and performance, my personal experience with refurbished models wasn’t great. Having one of the two break so quickly has convinced me to **stay away from refurbished electronics going forward**, at least for something as complex and expensive as a foldable phone.

First time owning a foldable phone, and I'm surprised how much I like it. It's fun, different, great screen and the battery life is even better than what I used to have with my S22 ultra

First off i love foldable devices. I had the fold 2 and the fold 3 before getting the fold 4 and would gave both a 4 star review. As for the fold 4, i have had this device for less than 5 months and alreadt mave hinge issues as well as micro-cracks along the hinge crease on the internal screen. I know this happens, but on both other devices this took a year plus before happening. I have also had to send the phone in multiple times for a faulty moisture sensor causing the phone not to charge plugged in and for a software bug that would keep the phone from charging for the same reason on a wireless charging pad. These devices cost far too much to be told that the only option to fix my non-charging phone is to buy the fold 5. The only reason i am giving the phone 2 stars instead of one is because the screens and design are still very nice (when there are no micro cracks).
