My first samsung phone dud.

This one was a problem from the beginning. It took 2 days to get it to work on the network, and then about 10 days later it reset and locked me out. For the next 5 days I tried to get back into it. I talked with BestBuy, Samsung, Verizon and servify/samsung care. Nobody could figure it out. Hours and hours on the phone, waiting for call backs and 4 in person visits at best buy and Verizon. The day that I returned it, I was finally notified by servify that it was reported as "stolen". It was a brand-new phone, sooooooo not sure how that works. I am not sure who ultimately was at fault for this mess, but it was awful.

Don't buy if you live in the cold

The cold temperatures will ruin the screen creating black-out sections eventually spreading over the whole surface. After having this happen to me I read through the warranty fine print and Samsung lists that as an issue they won't cover if there is even the tiniest other type of blemish.

How do they continue to get away with it? Preferential treatment for conglomerates in the usa.
