Open box, excellent condition. Less than 3 months later, there's a line of missing pixels down the center of the large screen! Samsung says that the item shows prior damage! My daughter had a phone case before she even got the phone. She still has her old Pixel and iPhone. She is very careful. I've seen treads that this is an issue with Samsung Folds and the repairs are rejected under warranty. Of course, her repair was rejected. Either the phone was already damaged or Samsung is FOS.

The inner open display screen still works but cant see anything on the main home screen. Its just pitch black
