It was slow, unresponsive and phone call sound quality sucked! The deal breaker was when it became very HOT. TOO HOT TO HOLD!! I powered it off and 45 min later it was still HOT! Hard NO! I returned it to the store.

I got so ripped off on the price of this phone and this has completely lost my trust in all marketing. I purchased the 512gb phone as a preorder at $100. A little context, there's a 14-15 day return period for this phone (in which you could return or price adjust it). But get this... literally right on the dot a little over 2 weeks later they lowered the price $400!!!! Right after the return period ended! Even worse, I have TotalTech (and honestly should get rid of it) and they wouldn't even consider an exception to the return window. Not even a day or two more. Now I know never to preorder anything :) LOVELY experience :) Not to mention, this phone was marketed as an improvement from Zfold4 but it's virtually the same phone in every way.

Power button is stuck and keeps powering on/off. Phone is junk dont buy any samsung junk. Best Buy wont service it either! Best Buy sold it but won't service it!

Not for me. The folding option is cool but the main screen is too long and too narrow for consistent use. When open, again, cool, but not a game changer as I hoped it would be.

Save your money and purchase the oneplus open. This is definitely the worst phone ive had. Returned and purschased oneplus open

I don't like how the keyboard is set up no water resistant and no dust resistant I think s23 ultra is better phone to go for even tho I had problems with Samsung phones not wireless charge correctly the s23 ultra got 200mp u can't beat that

actually im using fold since last 2 years 1st I bought fold 3 not worth then last year I bought fold 4 but it had lots of issues my inner screen stopped working so finally I did trade in. fold 5 is also not worth no good camera. this time Samsung tried to fool us badly.

Its a very nice phone. Not much of an upgrade drom last uears model but it has made improvements in hinge and weight. Battery life should be great because of nee software. Time will tell.

The phone blows others away like pixel and iphone. Dont listen to the haters.

I got the 22 ultra plus and its a great fone. Lots of everything os in there.!!!

Perfect to see videos on YouTube and photos and play games
