The phone its self is wonderful so far i do a lot of multi tasking and traveling the fold out brings instant tablet vibes where i can watch youtube tutorials book flight place bets listen to music and read slash bigg screen landscape...

I contacted Samsung expecting a reasonable resolution, only to be told they won’t replace it and I should just buy another one. Are you kidding me? That’s your customer service? Disgraceful. Samsung, get your act together this is beyond unacceptable.

I purchased this item on 09/11/24. Today the top part broke while I was just holding the phone. I tryed being very careful with my new phone. I never dropped it, and it still broke. I think that thos is just a poor design, made on Samsung's part. I very disappointed in this product but I still like the pen on the back.
