The only complaint I have is not tue service I received from the store, but from Samsung. I ordered a light green one which i had to pay a little more for and when I picked up my phone it was the less priced blue one. Other than this one complaint i am satisfied with the phone no thanks to Samsung.

Unfortunately, the left side of the screen is all black. I'm very disappointed and currently have an open claim. I never dropped the phone or damaged it. I took extra care of the phone as I do with everything. This happened on the 31st day of having the Samsung galaxy z fold.

I understand that they really wanted the fold 7 to appear as thin as another phone and the case like this keeps that appearance. However, the front is unprotected and it is a strange feel trying to fold open, as well as use the fingerprint sensor.

It's smooth, sometimes a little slippery. That's why the 4 for "Ease of use".

Best Fold 7 case

The kickstand is the only one I found (and I've tried several) that allows you to stand your Fold 7 in any position - vertical, horizontal open or folded. I just wish the front screen has a snap on protector.
