It must be an internal issue

The problems start when you turn it onn and start to pair it with your phone .If you are lucky to get it paired on the first try and you start using it, you take a picture and it startes processing then it turns off on its own.

Camera qualtiy sucks. (not 4k)

The camera looked great in some youtube videos but for some reason it was not living up to it. The pictures were great but the Video was bad.

can't sink with my LG 6 phone yet
